Second time around and i am still amazed at the fine detail that Maret's company delivers. These ladies come prepared like no ones business.
They don't come to my house with a pale and some rags, they come with karts with everything that is needed to make a home shine . They make everything in my home look brand new. Their ladies are punctual, kind and i saw them work with such pride , its amazing to see such dedication these ladies have while at work. Marlene, Maria, Bruna and Daniela, etc, thank you for the hard work and amazing job you have done to my home. I will have you all back here again in the future. after a pause during the pandemic, my mother realized that she needed her experienced team back for a thorough scrubbing.
Maret’s proffesional team of ladies came over for their deep cleaning service - all the details: oven, fridge, windows, tracks, and screens - got the extra attention they needed.
Marlene and the team did not dissapoint with their wonderful work. we will definately continue with our bi -weekly cleaning but the deep cleaning service is a definite must for anyone who feels they feel a little behind.

We hired Maret's Cleaning after finding her through a quick search through HomeStars. The company was very well reviewed and so I booked a deep clean for after our renovation.

I was a little sceptical about paying a deposit for the quote but it was explained that it would be deducted from the final bill if we booked the cleaning job. I am happy I got the quote because during the appointment Maret, I love the personal approach, explained her process and showed me several areas that I would not have even thought about. The quoting process was clear, direct, and effortless.

Maret’s Cleaning Service is exellent and thorough. We are using Maret’s service past 6 years every week. The Company is maintaining our big home, doing laundry and ironing. It is a big help for our big family.
We have 3- 2 ladies in every week and if we need an extra hands Marlene the supervisor/manager handeling this. She is wonderful and dealing with ladies if we need to change our clenaing day or if we need an extra help. Thank you very much for Marets team, They are amazing and reliable service.

If you have read the rest of the reviews here, you already know that Maret's team is more thorough than the average cleaner. Maret's service comes at a premium cost but I would recommend this service as worthwhile for all of the ways that this company shines aside from their cleaning ability:
1. Maret is professional. She responds in a timely manner, she follows up and she showed up on time to start the job.
2. Maret's entire team was respectful and I would feel comfortable having them in my home even after furniture and personal items are moved in. Additionally, they all seemed to have a very kind and positive energy. THEY offered me coffee and sandwiches whenever they had a break.
3. Maret displayed honesty in her business dealings. The time spent on the job was less than the hours quoted and she adjusted the invoice accordingly. Additionally, she did not ask me for payment at the end of the service because her first concern was that I be satisfied before payment. She only took payment when I offered to pay.
4. The team was flexible. They had the difficult task of working around unplanned visits by several trades who were still finishing up work in the condo. It was not ideal but they did not make it a problem - they just worked with the situation to achieve the best outcome.
5. Maret attended on my job personally to ensure that it was completed in a timely and organized manner. The ladies were all assigned a section of the condo to work on and while some were supervisors to keep things organized and flowing, EVERYONE was working hard. You won't be paying for anyone to stand around on the job.
6. Maret was respectful of condo rules in a building with several restrictions on entry and noise. She did not make any restrictions an issue and made sure that her team complied.

We first hired them to do a deep clean before the birth of our child. We were amazed at the state of our condo after the process! Every nook and cranny were tended to. Stains that seemed permanent had vanished. After the deep clean, Maret’s team assigned Maria, who was on the deep clean team, to do our monthly housekeeping upkeep. Having someone who was already familiar with our place is a great advantage, but our satisfaction with this service goes beyond just their efficiency. Maria is as considerate as she is thorough. Knowing that we have an infant, she makes sure to always find a replacement if she has a cold as to not compromise our baby’s health. Now that is next level service! I would strongly recommend Maret’s Quality Home Cleaning. They are by far the best, and most professional cleaning service in the GTA.
