I rarely rave about service but Manny is a true exception. He was always on time, polite and honest. He provided recommendations and checked in to ensure satisfaction. When I decided I didn't like the colour I had chosen on the deck he and his team quickly made the change and still finished within the time he had guaranteed. Manny noticed issues with my window seal and fixed it without hesitation. His team were respectful of my home and left it in pristine condition. I will use Manny Pro Painting again and have already recommended his services to my friends and family. A true gem in Richmond Hill.

Manny was very professional right from the get go. He set up a mutually agreeable time for a quote. He gave a very detailed quote. We had the four bedrooms painted including the closets, ceilings, and the window trims done on all the windows on the main floor. Manny and his crew did an excellent job of repairing some damaged walls and ceiling. The paint job was extremely good and he was very courteous and respectful of my home He always made sure that we were happy with the color choice and quality of the work I was very satisfied with his work and I can truly understand why he has been in business for so long. I highly recommend his services

We had Manny paint the outside of our house a year ago and were more than satisfied, so this year we asked him to paint our upstairs bathroom which was in a sorry state. He had to get rid of flaking paint and repaint an old wooden window frame for openers, as it is a century home. Once again, he did an outstanding job. The room looks 100% better. We wouldn't go to anyone else.

I wish more businesses operated like Manny's Pro Painting. My call was promptly returned; a site visit to quote was conveniently scheduled; the quote included a breakdown of costs and was provided the next day. The painters arrived exactly on time and finished the work beautifully, as scheduled and with high quality paint. My home was treated with utmost respect, and the guys cleaned everything up and put everything back for me.
I think the price I paid was fair, and the service superlative. I could not be happier.

Manny and team far exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the relationship between a contractor and homeowner. I have always been hesitant trusting other reviews since many variables could factor into the overall experience but working with Manny during all aspects of the project proved to be extremely positive.

To start, Manny's desire to meet me at our new home to properly scope the project was very valuable. This was key to ensure expectations from both perspectives (contractor and homeowner) could be met. He then promptly followed up with a fair and reasonable qoute and then quickly moved to scheduling the job. He committed to the budget and my desired completion date to accomodate our move in date. He showed up every day on time and was not distracted by other jobs. Of course, like any home project, obstacles were met but Manny rose to the challenge and explained the impact and then provided suggested options. There was never a time where I felt like he was adding to the job unnecessarily. Actually, as the job progessed, it was in fact I who added to the job but Manny put in the extra hours (he even worked on Family Day) to ensure the job was done right and on time. Manny even came down with a terrible chest cold but again, he was very determined to see the job through. When working with Manny, you'll commonly hear "No Problem" and that's because Manny will do what it takes to get the job done.

Not only did we have our entire main floor and upstairs painted, but all prep work was done with care. The painting job itself was of very high quality, multiple coats was used to ensure a deep solid colour and his lines were extremely straight and consitent throughout. He even helped with plumbing, electrical work and various other jobs to ensure the overall project outcome met his quality expectations. This was extremely valuable. I consider myself very detailed and appreciate quality craftmenship but when your contractor treats the job as if it was his own home, this is the peace of mind you will have when hiring a contractor like Manny.
