Excellent work! Very courteous service. Patrick did a thorough job and he added in some extras at no additional charge. We highly recommend their services and will use them again.

Promptly provided a quote, did the work the next day. He showed me what came out of eaves and provided suggestions for maintenance. He cleaned up all of the debris and left my property spotless. Price was very reasonable and I will hire again when the time comes.

Magic Monkey outsourced to another company and if you have issues, you are left dealing with the sub-contractor even though you paid Magic Monkey directly. I don’t like using companies that are willing to take your money but not stand by the work they are suppose to do or leave you the hassle of dealing with the poor work or not completed work of a sub-contractor. This gutter was supposedly cleaned in the picture.

Magic Monkey has been keeping our eavestrough clean and flowing for many years. Patrick and his crew arrive as promised, do a tidy job and leave the invoice in the mailbox. He helpfully informed us of the state of our roof (we needed a new one) and of value of leaf guards which he installed a week later. It's a very easy process and a pleasure to deal with such a professional.

Patrick at Magic Monkey came highly recommended by a friend, and she didn't steer me wrong: he did great work, including a lot of unforeseen trimming of branches (which he didn't charge extra for). His work was thorough and neat, he took/sent pictures of the whole installation, and he was really easy and positive to work with.

Magic Monkey came to my house on time, asked the questions to ensure that I would be satisfied and then diligently cleaned out all of my eaves troughs and put in leaf guards where I asked them to be inserted. I had a great experience with Magic Monkey Inc. and look forward to having them back next year!

HomeStars installed covers 2 years ago on our second floor gutters and did excellent work, so this year, with new gutters on the first floor, we asked them to do the same again.

No fuss, no muss, Patrick completed the work almost without us knowing he was here, cleaned up after himself, and sent us photos so that we old folk didn't need to climb ladders to inspect it.

Very happy. Will use him again if need arises, and would be glad to recommend him.

Magic Monkey had a near perfect HomeStars rating a year ago when I called to have my front left eaves leak repaired, my top eaves levelled, cleaned and a downspot installed at the rear.

Long story short, they came to do the job, I paid around a grand, and about 2 weeks later my front eaves began to leak and when there was a heavy rain the top eaves poured over a problem area we had before the job.

When I called for resolution, I wasn’t able to reach the Magic Monkey team on the phone. Eventually someone called me back. Found out a third party, outsourced, company had been doing the work from the beginning. They came back, and reqouted to have the eaves replaced, and said they would take money from the original bill taken off new quote. This didn’t seem right, so I didn’t move forward. The back downspout does work wonderfully.
