MNB did some impressive work on my neighbors house so we hired them to create a patio/sidewalk using interlocking stone. They also replaced our driveway using asphalt & interlocking stone in a wave pattern. This is not a two man crew. They work efficiently & quickly using several workers with machinery. The old material was removed and limestone base was laid within a few hours. About 6-7 weeks later they returned to lay the stone & the asphalt which was completed by the end of the day. The end result is beautiful.
If you want your job completed quickly and professionally, give them a call.

If I was to provide a suggestion for improvement it would be communications. Vince is the boss & is very much a "hands on" guy. He limits his phone time when on a job & uses a messaging service. It may take a few days, but he (or his son Michael) will get back to you.

This company came over took my deposit. Never heard from them again. Had to chase them down to get a start date. Was given all the excuses including death in the family overseas. They finally came 2 months after. Remove old stuff did not put down enough gravel and compact. Came back after another month and half rushed job because they had to do the across the street neighbour in the same day. Was told the machine to compact the asphalt did not fit in my driveway ( not told this at time of the booking was deceived ). The job right away looked unprofessionally done but according to Vince this was his 32 years experience. I told him I would take him to court. He came 10 months after to patch the holes and after a week the holes came back. We both told them that this is the worst job he started to yell and we felt ripped off after paying $3200.00 and the next door paid 2200.00.
This company takes your money and gives you all the excuses. Be smart do not use them. We are both taking him to cour to get our money back and get another company. The driveway looks uneven, the water settles in a lot of spots, you can actually see stones on the top, there are holes, some spots the stuf is loose with smal stones coming out. He probably just put 2 inches of asphalt. He's horrible.

I recently engaged M.N.B. Paving Ltd. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Michael (son of the owner) was courteous and efficient. He prepared the contract. Vincenzo (owner & father of Michael) with his crew, did the actual work. He did a remarkable job. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very efficient. He even cleaned the job site after finishing. Vincenzo is kind and friendly, from the "old school" with characteristics sadly missing in most contractors today.

We got our estimates from Michael, who provided detailed information and fair suggestions and price on the interlocks. We were told to let it settle for about a month, but We wanted to wait longer to ensure the ground is evened to avoid future issues. I called Vince (the owner) and wanted put the interlocks, he showed up on time and got right to work with his guys. The guys finished the work clean and we were very happy with the work and now I have asked him to put new sod as well in my front yard. I would recommend these guys if you want good work done on your interlocks.

Vince was great to deal with, the project was completed on time and I'm very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. The design Vince recommended and the colour choice of the stone was spot on.

Vince and his crew of MNB worked on my backyard and driveway around 4 years ago. Even though it was a big job, MNB was very professional and pretty much completed the work within 1 and a half day. The price was quite reasonable as well. After 4 years, we are still quite happy with the work.
