It’s a great work. I am satisfied. The gentleman does a professional job. I hope everything will be ok.

I had a service call on a brand new Wolf oven and freezer. I had a question about the “probe” thermometer setting in the oven. I had read the manual and did not find the explanation clear. I asked the serviceman (Bill) about it and he just kept repeating that the manual explained everything. It was very frustrating and his partner chimed in that they were not the cooks.
My issue is that if these people are servicing the appliance they should know how it works and since Wolf guarantees excellent service I found it to be very disappointing.

The bottom drawer of my deep freezer was not shutting. He replaced it with a new part and fixed it.

Repaired defective element on the spot with parts stocked in the truck. Excellent warranty service. Technician was right on time too.

The work was completed but took a week and we did not receive any communication on why.

The repair guy case and was not very social. No talking just did his job. When we told him about an issue with the previous repair work he had done, he was not interested in fixing it.

I booked the service on a Friday and was given a quick appointment on Monday. Service person called ahead and was efficient and excellent.

Came in to do a small repair on the fridge fan that was covered under warranty.

Technician is very knowledgeable and able to identify the issue quickly and tried his best to adjust/fixe it.

Ice maker was not working. Service call was scheduled for next day. Technician was prompt, knowlegable and diagnosed the problem quickly and made appropriate repair within an hour.

Excellent service. Professional, knowledgeable and great customer service. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs appliance repairs completed.
