The control panel of my subzero fridge was not displaying anything. Called subzero, who could not resolve the issue over the phone and asked me to call Kampen. I left a message with Kampen during non-working hours. Nobody replied over 2 weeks period. I called again during working hours and got connected. From this time on, everything went smooth. Francesca communicated very well on the matters and helped setting up appointments.

I was very disappointed that my piece was on back order and the technician had to come back again, which resulted in another whole weekend of not being able to use my oven. Kind of inconvenient with having a big family.

Technicians are always on time, diligent and professional. The Kampen Call centre is always helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Kampen.

Parts were replaced. Every thing is O.k now.
The entire team of Kampden services from the technitian to the mgmt team were great and work together to achive satisfactory resolution my problem
