Kampen Appliance Service

A part associated with the 'Water Fill' mechanism had to be replaced on an Asko dishwasher. Kampen was in regular communication with me to schedule the appointment. Clean, courteous. Good job.

The service man was very professional and competent with his work knowledge and the services he preformed.

Our Sub-Zero Freezer stopped working and after speaking directly with a Sub-Zero representative, we were directed to Kampen Appliance Service.
The lady who handled our call (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) clarified our warranty status and when there was a discrepancy in which costs were covered, she was kind enough to verify with Sub-Zero.

Andrew was our tech and he called ahead of arriving and was on time. He was very professional and answered any questions I had about the issue and he diagnosed and addressed it quickly and neatly.

Thanks to the Kampen team our Freezer is back up and running.

The technician arrived with the replacement parts as scheduled. He installed them quickly and efficiently. The technician Bill was very polite and removed all cardboard and old parts.

Door wasn’t Unlatching properly. Kampen arrived on time and fixed in a few minutes.

Was installed but didn't work. Lamper cane out the very next day .. appreciating the urgency that it was a brand new item and holidays were approaching. In and out in less than half hour. Great job

from the admin people on the phone to the on-site tech they were excellent. Winston (the tech) obviously knew what he was doing and got the job done extremely quickly. Also he came in the window of time that was given to me which is often an issue with some contractors

Brandon Andrew Chris and the rest of the guys from Kampen were amazing we had an ongoing problem that stumped everyone there but that didnt stop them after many visit and direct calls to the sub-zero factory the problem was solved.. even though it took several trips to our home the technicians were always professional and friendly we received several follow-up calls to check how things were going we would recommend them to anyone without hesitation thanks everyone at kampen for sticking with us and finding a solution....

It is 10:26 am. Chris from Kampen has already been, neatly and professionally fixed my fridge and left. The repair is covered under warranty. I cannot recall a better service experience in my 30 plus years of home-ownership. I thought I'd be waiting all day and was bracing myself for the typical mess and disappointment - Christmas came early this year, in the form of a young man who takes his job seriously and does it well!
