The Mississauga store replaced my liner for my pool and also installed a salt water chlorination system.

From the initial purchase to the final installation, the team was very knowledgable and helpful. They went above and beyond with the exceptional installation. The salt water system works great and is much better on the eyes and skin compared to the traditional chlorine.

They always do a great job opening and closing my pool every year. Thanks again for the great service!

I went to a few "hot tub expos" but I kept feeling like the sales people were swindling me. They would never show me the inside of the tub or give me a straight out answer with the price. I never got a sense that they were there to help me buy a tub. I walked into the Oshawa International Pool and Spa store, and felt warm immediately. I never felt that I was being tricked, or that my needs weren't being considered. Nick took the time to take me step by step through the different line ups, and showed me what I should be looking for when buying a hot tub. Even with two kids running around the store, he was comfortable and courteous enough to engage them, while teaching my wife and I. Once I felt comfortable enough with the knowledge I had been provided, I went to a couple other local stores to see what they had. I wanted to make sure I did my due diligence. I made my rounds, and I ended up back at International and am now a proud owner of a Coast Spa Radiance. I want to thank Nick and the Oshawa store staff for making my decision an easy one. Originally had some issues with the new hot tub, but Brent the Service Manager contacted us and offered to repair any issues and also is bending over backward to renew our relationship. He works hard to make sure his customer is happy.
