Interlock Metal Roofing - ON

My home has an Interlock metal shingle roof, which is gorgeous. I needed to replace two broken snow guards and asked if I could purchase them for my contractor to install but I was told I had to pay Interlock $250 for a service call or they would void the warranty on the roof. I called in the spring and was told that Interlock would contact me when they had someone scheduled to come to my home. The technicians showed up unannounced, brought the wrong color replacement parts and left dents in the shingles around the new guards. I am appalled at the poor customer service I received. I strongly recommend the type and style of roof I have but suggest you purchase it from someone other than Interlock.

I wish the original owner had a regular shingled roof. In order to maintain the aluminum shingle warranty, Interlock had to service the roof. I scheduled 3 x 4-inch roof vents to be replaced with 6-inch roof vents. Additionally, I supplied the roof vents. The technician replaced the vents and left at around 1pm. Usually, you sign off on the work on completion and pay. This he left with no word and no sign off. From inside the attic I could see daylight from the side of one of the vents. This is the side which runs from the top to the bottom of the roof. I called 2 times the same to see if he was done w/ no call back. It's been a week and I've called 4 times with one call back to say I was looking inside the vent hole. I am not happy with this technician. I have checked the installation from the outside this weekend. The current and previous roof vent is curved at the top, the technician basically cut the one side straight up and put a ton of caulk between the shingle and the vent on both sides. The gap is about 1 to 2 cm between per side between the vent and shingle. I would never recommend an aluminum roof from this company due to the service issues.

The price for the roofing was high but the quality was also high. You get what you pay for. The installer was dedicated and competent. The clean up was not bad. The salesman was a bit pushy but we knew we wanted the roof. Overall, an expensive expense but a lifetime roof is worth it.

I contacted interlock roofing as I was looking for permanent metal roof. the salesman was pushy but knowledgeable. The installer came and went as he pleased, taking almost one month to complete the job. He constantly left a mess behind that I had to clean up and damaged my air conditioner as well. I wrote a complaint letter to the head office but never heard back. Very disappointed. Do NOT use this company.

From the contract quotation to the installation, interaction and clean-up the project could not have been more professional. Daily the team cleaned the yard and neighbour yards. They used a blower to clean off the neighbours' porches and decks. They were inobtrusive.

The project stayed on time with the team working on Saturday and Sunday. When the materials ran short, within hours they were back on schedule. We are very happy with the finished product.

As promissed they showed up for work early in the morning and worked all day until night to finish the job. We are very pleased with the work done. The design and the stone sugested by the rep look very nice. I will definetly recomend this company to other people.

It was a good presentation and they offered my flexible payment options. I was satisfied with the product options and received alot of communication. I would have preferred to pay by credit card rather then cheque and that was the only downside to the experience.

Purchased the roof with a lifetime warranty but there were unfinished issues and it was quite challenging to get them to come back to look at the remaining problems. Other than that, I am happy with the roof.

We have a beautiful high end metal roof that is now 2 yeasr old. Robert did an excellent job. They offer a 50 year warranty. We have a huge roof so it took a couple of weeks. Shaped like shakes - very intricate. You get what you pay for - we are very happy.
