It was a pleasure doing business with Inline. Our sales representative, Larry Gatt was amazing and spent a lot of time with us deciding on the best suited windows for our house. The customer service was excellent and no false promises were made. The installation team led by Mikhail Gatt were excellent and professional. They worked methodically and cleaned up after themselves and made sure my house was left how they had found it. They are honest, kind people who just want to please. They made a big stressful job hassle free. The quality of the windows is superb and we feel we got really good value for our money. We would highly recommend Inline as our experience left us feeling happy and satisfied and that our money was well spent.

The service and product are excellent. It's obvious that they believe in their product, and rightly so. The price is also in line with other window companies, but with a superior product. I highly recommend

We had two doors replaced in our home. The installation was a difficult one as one of the doors was on the second floor. The crew was phenomenal! They were professional, courteous and very skilled. We are very pleased with the product and would highly recommend the doors for quality. With that said the service was terrible. Multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered. At the onset we were told the doors would take 6-12 weeks. In fact they were delivered and installed past the 6 month mark. That is the reason we could only offer 4 stars!!

High quality windows. We've shopped around for windows before choosing Inline and got an offer we couldn't refuse. Our windows are now installed and we're extremely grateful for the service that Inline has provided.

We just wanted to say THANK YOU for our beautiful new windows! They are amazing. We are impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and the style of them. They completely updated our house and look fantastic. Our old windows were about 30 years old and leaked constantly and we could hear our neighbours walking by. Now our house feels quiet and so efficient (the air conditioning is no longer escaping out the windows!) and we no longer hear the birds in the morning! Thank you!

We also want you to know that Mo and his son Eric did an INCREDIBLE job. They put in long days, worked quietly throughout the house and never stopped working. They treated our house with respect (we have white carpet everywhere but they took off their boots etc.) and tidied as they went. They made the whole process smooth and not painful! We are very grateful that Mo did the job for us. We have deep painted oak window ledges - and there is barely a mark or scuff because they took their time and were careful. We would highly recommend Mo to anyone looking to have windows installed.
