Dirtless Dave

I moved into a condo with exposed ductwork that unfortunately hadn't been cleaned in seven years. There was a thick, sticky, immovable combination of dust and grease covering the top of the ducts - a very challenging cleaning situation that had me highly stressed. Dave recommended Andrew, who was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating throughout. He did a fantastic job at a more reasonable price than other services quoted (and there is no way the job could have been done better!). The ducts look like new. And he did a great clean up job afterwards. Plus Andrew is just a really nice guy. I'm definitely going to use Andrew's services through Dirtless Dave again.

I hired Dolores to clean my condo before moving in based on Dave's recommendation. I went out for the entire 4 hours that she was cleaning. Everything looked fine on the surface when she walked me through. However, I later found out that the top of the washer and the fridge were covered with dust. The backsplash tiles in the kitchen still had cleaning liquids on without being wiped down. The doors of the kitchen cabinets were scattered with grease spots. There were also a lot of dirt left from the painting along the carpet rim not being vacuumed. My condo did not have any furniture, except a folding step for her to use. Therefore, 4 hours was sufficient to clean every single corner of the 700 sq feet condo as agreed upon. I was extremely disappointed with the lousy and unprofessional service. Perhaps she could do a better job if someone was in the condo to supervise. Definitely NOT a "dirtless" experience!

following Dave's commendation I hired Dolores to do a thorough cleaning of my house. Dolores is a real treasure! She is punctual, hardworking, meticulous and detail oriented. She is also very pleasant to have around.

He visits our home once per month and does an incredibly thorough job of getting our place in order.
David addresses both the surface issues - cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming/washing floors and he also often surprises us with addressing issues that we have been putting off forever - like scrubbing marks of walls and cleaning out the exhaust fan in our bathroom. And the place smells AMAZING when we come home! Such a conscientious job!
