I was putting in all new walnut hardwood floors and the staff at this location were great. They didn't have the amound that I needed but made sure they found another location that did.

I bought a true fixer upper house a couple of years ago. As a result I make frequent trips to Home Depot, given that that is the closest big box store to my home. I like shopping there. They have a decent selection and it is nice to be able to get so many different projects covered in one store. However, I am not at all impressed with the service you get at the store. The staff are not well informed. When asked a question about a product they read the box, something I can do myself. Moreover, it is next to impossible to find somebody to help and if you do spot someone it is usually not their department and they do not call the appropriate person for you. I am speaking from multiple experiences. I am there almost every single weekend. So, as much as I appreciate the big box stores for the convenience they offer, the "you can do it, we can help" slogan is highly exaggerated. I am a rather frustrated consumer.

Went through home depot for fencing, was good, fence was installed 5 years ago and is still standing solid. Workers took some time to get started but job was completed in a couple days.

Kitchen was redone with laminate wood flooring and granite counter tops and new appliances. Planning of the kitchen was done at home depot and they executed the project well. 5 years later the kitchen is solid, no complaints.

Recently I purchased a washing machine from Home Depot, however after it was installed it leaked all over the laundry room and even out into an ajoining room. I informed Home Depot about this situation and an employee was at my home in less than fifteen minutes. They fixed the problem and even paid for the floor that was ruined!!

THE PROJECT WAS TO REPLACE KITCHEN CUPBOARD DOOR--NEW OR REFACE--THESTAFF AT HOME DEPOT WERE HELPFULL AND PLESANT THEIR WAS IN LINE WITH THE OTHER EST AND LAUGHED WHEN I SAID IF IT WAS NOT RIGHT I WOULD CALL MIKE HOLMES--DOORS LOOK GREAT

We used the help of Home Depot's knowledgeable staff to help us design and plan our basement reno. We were able to purchase all the materials there and when you get a Home Depot credit card, it gives you some time to pay the costs. It was a very easy experience.

I went to the home depot not expecting to buy hardwood and I left with the best deal and learned how to install it on a workshop! I would recommend this location to anyone.

I purchase a vermont casting bbq last year from this home depot the the gentleman in the department was extremely helpfull. He obviously new his products and was able to recommend the proper bbq for me and my needs. He did not try to up sell me but made what he felt was the proper recommendation. Well done and I would recommend anyone to this store for BBQ purchase

This location has great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff! The best part is they offer a DIY van delivery service at a great rate of $20 for an hour and a half. You also have to pay for gas (we drove 35 km and it was about $10). It still works out as a great affordable delivery option for those of us in condos with no cars or with small vehicles. Thank you Home Depot!!
