Home Depot - Burlington

Had a small leak. Really did not know what to do. Store and staff were very helpful. Showed what parts and tools I needed. Demonstrated how to do the repair.

After 3-4 weeks of placing our order, Home Depot had subcontracted out our kitchen counter top installation, this company came out to measure, all seemed okay. We noticed on the rough sketch they added 100 extra inches, so they came back to measure again 3 weeks later. After another 4 weeks they cut the countertop and it was cut wrong, another 4 weeks and they came back to install it. That seemed ok, signed off, but noticed it was off level, they came in again, said they couldn't do anything about it. Mike Holmes is a spokesperson for Home Depot I think? I saw his posters up there. Not sure he would like this! Total rip off.

Ilove to shop there because the service is excellent,the staff is very knowledge the customer service is excellent because there is not to much waiting.the parking is very big and you get a lot of help to carry your bag to the car

I have been preparing my house for sale and of course want to make it look good to get a good price. I also have loved the home and want to pass it over to a new owner in excellent shape so they can enjoy it as nuch as we have. It'sincredible all the little things you have put up with that are easy to fix, but take some attention.
Whenever we have come up with any job. I run down to the Home Depot and can find what I need and the advice to help me do the job.

Have several windows that need to be replaced and the salesman gave us great pointers as to which way we want to proceed with this renovation project. We walked away with several options and was very happy with the service we received.

We had some questions on how best to fasten the umbrella to a platform and also wanted to rebuild our picnic table and paint it. The staff was extremely helpful in all the different departments, answering our questions and pointing us in the right direction. Thanks Home Depot.

The BBQ worked...more than i expected. It was stainless steel, gas, and it came with a tank. You couldn't ask for more. The staff at Home Depot were more than helpful.

Excellent Service. My husband and I went in to order new lighting for our kitchen. We were unsure of what we wanted to go with. I sometimes get headaches if the lighting is bad so they took that into consideration when they suggested a few different ones for us. We were really happy with our choice and will definately be back again.
