Greensaver Insulation & Retrofit Services

Neded to re-insulate empty cavity above cathedral ceiling that had major air leaks due to shoddy workmanship done 20 years before when home was built. Approached 4 outfits offering insulation services, 2 responded with usefull information. Greensaver sales however was the most informative and helpfull with options to to fix the problem. The installation crew of 3 was efficient and did the job as one would expect. The entire room where the wall was removed and insulated and then re surfaced with new drywall was left as it was before the project began. It was a pleasure to deal with professionals which in the renovation biz is hard to come by.

From my first call with Roger M on December 10th, to our meeting at my home on December 14th, everything went as planned. Roger answered all of my calls and emails to make sure that I was clear on the expectations for the project, from start to finish.

I had to delay this project due to other repairs (an Ensuite renovation) that was running a bit behind schedule; and lamia in the office was able to assist in this regard. She was the one that took care of scheduling and payment. She also arranged for the crew to send me before and after pics of the insulation project.

The crew of 3 showed up on Jan 31, 2022, as scheduled, to complete the work. They cleaned up any dust and debris as if they had never been there.

Everything was completed as expected without any errors or delays. I can aleady feel the difference in the house from the insulation upgrade.

I would highly recommend this company. They only use cellulose which my research suggests is the better insulator. Apparently they make their own cellulose which was appealing to me also.

Anthony and his assistant came to top up our attic insulation. They were efficient, polite and respectful. They vacuumed the areas of the house affected by the work done when they completed the attic work.

New custome home insulation project. Completed according to the local codes. Greate response and support. Definitely recommend and will be using services in the future.

We have a 100 year old semi-detached home, and the new neighbour had contracted Greensaver to improve their insulation (R60 cellulose in the attic (including hard to reach areas under the flat roof) and blown cellulose through holes in the wall of upstairs rooms). I contacted Greensaver and they offered to do our attic same time via neighbour's access at a reasonable cost, and we also booked them to do our upstair room walls the following day. Company rep was clear about the project in advance and the preparation required on our end. The crew were timely, friendly, respectful of our home, and communicative. The work was done fast and they left our house in fine condition after the work. I was particularly impressed with the extent of the work - I thought it would be just a few holes, but they did double that, especially areas I thought wouldn't be done like underneath windows. I just wish we had done this 20 years ago, definitely was an easy and painless process. Just need to get the walls sanded and painted now.

GreenSaver took on a difficult, unusual job and carried it out effectively and cleanly. I’m already feeling the positive changes the work has made.

I had condensation problems with my attic duct work.
It was a difficult job crawling around a shallow attic full of fibreglass insulation.

Very pleased with the service rendered and the clean up afterward. The workers were very professional and answered any question we had. The sales and administration were very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone that require insulation that to their home.

I hired Greensaver to do pre-retrofit inspection (july 2021), attic insulation (nov 2021) and post-retrofit inspection (jan 2022).

The inspector Alfred was courteous and informative, no complaints regarding his service.
