Ginger's

What can I say they are the best in the city for infomation about anything to do with plumbing. they sure know how to supply service.
They have one of the best parts and customer service departments in Ontario. there is a guy there by the name of John who everyone seems to go to for any infomation that acustomer or trade may need. I was there oneday and the poor guy had 6 people at his counter 1 customer was giving him such a hard time, but he kept his cool and also took care of the other people and myself with out loosing his cool. I could not do his job. He sure has patients Keep up the good work. what ever it is that you pay him it is not enough everytime i go on a job where your company supplied the plumbing I hear his name customers trades other retailers. They are very lucky to have such a asset.

Very happy with the service received from Ginger's. The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. We are able to find all the bathroom fixtures that we need, and the quality of the fixtures are very good, we like their products and we will go back for our next project.

I didn't need much from Ginger's because I'm not redoing a bathroom or kitchen or anything but I went in to get a kitchen faucet and it only reminded me of why Ginger's is the best. Their staff is without question THE best in the city. It goes without saying that no one can touch the quality of Ginger's products but their salespeople/service department are unparalleled. I can't wait until the next time I get to go back for more.

Gorgeous selection, very high prices, service is great sometimes and other times just "so so".They replaced a broken tap for me-- no question-- but the costs of having a plumber remove it and later reinstall it made it a huge expense.

Ginger's had exceptional selection, however, the sales people were not at all helpful. This has got to be the worst customer service I've experienced. Sales people were lingering and yet none approached to asked if we needed help. We purchased our toilet, sink, and taps from Ginger's but having to do it all over again,I would gladly take my consumer dollars elsewhere. With a little bit of research, other shops in the city sell similar products at more reasonable prices and their sales people are actually helpful!

When we renovated our bathroom, we bought all of our plumbing fixtures from Gingers, as they were the best. This was over 14 years ago now. Recently we have needed a few repairs, we took the porcelin handle that needed replacing, and they replaced it for free. They were also very helpful in determining what was needed to repair another fixture, and get us the parts we needed.

High standards of professionalism. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Ginger's Bathfrom beginning to end. Our small order was treated respectfully and the workmanship was of the highest possible standard. What a refreshing treat."

Gingers has an excellent selection and friendly staff. I was treated very well and given excellent information to help in my selection of a new toilet to fit a very small bathroom. Toto was the way to go and Ginger's helped make this a very easy decision.

Our designer sent us to Orly Todd at Ginger's to select all of the fixtures and accessories for our bathroom renovation. Orly was excellent! She guided us through the wide variety of choices open to us and helped us make the right selections for all of our needs. Best of all, this was achieved within our budget. Shopping in Ginger's Boutique was also a real pleasure. The attractive, spacious product displays makes it so much easier to make the right decisions.
