Gerry’s Roofing assisted me quickly after I contacted them about a leak in my roof. An assessment was completed the following day, and the roofers were on site the following week, with everything completed within 11 days (from first call to job completion -obviously dependent on time of year). The staff, including the lovely office admin, Franco (who completed the initial assessment and quote) and the rest of the team were very courteous and easy to work with.

If I had to pick one negative? The roofers were smoking on the job and left a few cigarette butts on my driveway and steps. Obviously this is a very minor thing and really non-consequential.

After a severe windstorm in November leaving our soffit and trim flapping on the peak of our 2 storey home I called Gerrys the next day knowing they would be busy. Due to volume of calls Tim could not give me an exact date of repair.. sometime in the next 2 weeks. We were very happy to see them the next afternoon when our maintenance issues were completed. Everyone from the intake desk to serviceman were friendly, professional and prompt. Would not hesitate to recommend for any roofing and siding needs. Gerry's have previously re roofed our home with the same level of service.

My husband and I have used Morley Windows for several new window installation projects and will continue to do so. We own a couple of rental properties and have always come back due to their flexibility and dependability. Sometimes scheduling can be difficult for us however their staff have always been there and can be counted on - kind of 'old school'. Never a voice mail message to be heard! It is not easy to have that kind of reliability when you cannot be present and this is greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend using Joel and Marco and their team - not to mention quality Gen Tek windows! Great looking windows.

I called Gerry’s Roofing and Siding, and they sent Roger to my home the next day. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did all the measurements while there and I had an emailed quote at 6am the next day. I phoned to except the contract and Roger brought it to me to sign. At that time he said it would be done in approximately 6 weeks. 3 weeks later I received a call to say they would arrive in 2 days if that was convenient for me. The employees were exactly on time. They were friendly and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. They asked what I wanted and explained why the job should be done in a specific way. I am very happy with the finished job and my house looks fantastic.

Franco provided detailed estimate and walked us through. Always prompt to reply to emails & texts. Office team (Tim/Joel) was very accommodating as we had to reschedule. The roofing team/labourers we friendly, on time and cleaned up everything.
