Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately given that we are putting countertops on existing cabinetry, it is important that all leveling be done to the cabinetry to ensure a proper fit. Although I cannot comment on the specifics of this particular job, what I can do is have a discussion with our team members to ensure that any technical issues that arise on a given job are properly communicated to our customers.
