DO NOT HIRE FAIRWAY. I called this company on Friday, June 9, and arranged to have two rooms painted the following Saturday, June 17. Alex said a painter would arrive around 10 a.m. and asked that I text him my address. There was no reply so I texted back twice during the week just to confirm but again, no response. By Friday, I was feeling uneasy and called Alex. The person who answered, and sounded just like Alex, said he was his brother and to call back at 7 p.m. I called back and left two messages but no response. I waited for hours on Saturday, but no painter showed up. I'd told Alex in the initial call that I was glad he had a painter available on Saturday morning because I was expecting a furniture delivery for the two rooms that evening. I was left scrambling and now another company has stepped in to do the job over two nights this week. DO NOT HIRE FAIRWAY. NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.

-Damage done and incomplete work on home and business Owner demands payment still. Will not honor 5 year warranty even though damages done to home are in plain sight and refuses to resolve matters by fixing them.
Tempermental and oversensitive Owner did not agree to 10% discount as advertised by his own company in newspaper
-Owner promised to do work with handshake on his own with assistance however deserted the work site on both days - painting being done instead by 1-2 workers who did not have professional standards or seem to have all their tools necessary
- charged extra for trim - however did not sand down or fill in holes prior to painting - even the painting was done sloppy (missing parts, dripped onto closets
-2 coats agreen upon through contract, however only 1 coat done by workers
- Owner does not listen to clients wishes - if you state you do not want a certain color, the does his own preferance and yells and gets angry if you question him
-wants full payment for more than half of the work not being done!

-Owner missing and not on the job. 2 workers in his place.
Workers did incomplete work ie. 1 coat intead of 2, did not do fill in's or sand down areas, or fix holes and let dry prior to painting

Painting of interior of entire floor of house, 2 colors of paint, plus trim. Also painted a part of the exterior patio and doors.. Price was very reasonable compared to quotes provided by other companies. However, seems like they are very busy as they started out with 2 people painting and by the end of the job, it was only one guy painting. As a result, the painting job took longer than expected to finish.
