Express Rooter Plumbing

I called Express Rooter after seeing their truck and noticed affiliation with Mike Holmes from Holmes on Homes. I had multiple draining issues as the draining system in our house was extremely slow. The drain technician, Rob, was very professional and did a really great job! Moving forward, I will call Express Rooter for any plumbing and drain needs as they are very honest and had great integrity.

I phoned ExpressRooter with a request that they come out and install a dishwasher supply line and install a new shut off valve to the water pipe. The technician, Rob, was a very honest and direct about the issue at hand. After having a conversation with Rob were by he suggested approaches to resolving my situation, we came to an agreement and to date I am pleased with the experience. I appreciated the time Rob took to address any and every question and concern I had with the process. I am very pleased and would welcome their service any day!

So this all started with my bathroom, then my laundry room. It seemed like my plumbing problems were endless. I checked online and the first company to come up was Express Rooter. And I am very glad they were. The office staff was so professional and courteous, and sent someone out in 2 hours. Very affordable, and they plumber was a gentleman. Thanks a lot Express Rooter. Our toilet was having drainage issues, sometimes not for two weeks, sometimes three times a day! We had Bob from Express Rooter out to service the toilet and he was excellent! He made sure he kept us up to date and in the loop, there were no hidden charges, he gave plenty of great advice to avoid problems in the future! Needless to say, I was super impressed!

Noticed that there was a leak in the pipe connecting to the water meter indoors during a holiday. Called and ExpressRooter was able to come the same day and give a free estimate before starting work. They were on site within 3 hours, right at the beginning of the time window they had offered, and gave a reasonable estimate, did the work quickly and cleanly, and left. Fast, friendly, and there's no more leak so I'd highly recommend their service.

Discovered a small leak in a pipe above our kitchen last Monday. Glad my wife saw it when she did! The next morning I called Express Rooter Plumbing.
