Express Rooter Plumbing

I had posted on Express Rooter website about my leaking outdoor pipe and faucet. Craig called the next morning and helped book an appointment right away. Majid came right on time and replaces the pipe with a new faucet. He also replaced a faucet in my garage. Very professional and prompt service. Very happy with the quality results.

My frost-free backyard faucet had failed. Had to open the basement ceiling & wanted to replace with regular water Spigot. This included cutting my Pex line in the basement ceiling, installing a copper elbow with a shutoff, and Pex back out to the spigot. Tony was excellent, professional, and got the job done quite quickly.

Only regret - I should have negotiated the quote as I likely paid more than I should have. Thats on me, just wanted it done right & with a warranty.

We discovered a leak in one of the lines in the ceiling in the basement. It was getting bad very quickly which resulted in having to shut off the main valve. I called early the next morning and was advised someone will contact me. I received the call as advised on time and when the work was scheduled. I was surprised when the plumber showed up earlier than the time provided. He was professional, explained what was going to be done and cleaned up after he was completed. The service was impeccable. I used the service before and the professionalism is still exemplary

Initially was in contact with Craig, who assisted and arranged to have Mark work on the project. Mark was punctual, kept the work space clean, and had the project done without any issues. Replacement, testing, and communication was professional. Both Craig and Mark were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend and work with expressrooter again.

I had problem with a drain backing up periodically into my home just after New Year's. The company responded quickly to troubleshoot my problem (while others were suggesting response times of a couple of days) and offered a couple of reasonable alternatives. I chose the camera option as I wanted to see the condition of my sewer lines. The camera provided the views I needed, and at the same time, managed to clear the blockage I was experiencing. Quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive compared to what I was expecting. Thank you!

They sent Majid to deal with water that was coming up through my basement drain and flooding my basement. Majid found the problem quickly (roots were causing my drain to become clogged) and thankfully stopped the flow of water into our home!! Thank you for saving the day. We had water temperature issues in two of our bathrooms. The reason for the problem was originally misdiagnosed by another plumber. Mark from Express Rooter figured out the issue and corrected it for us. We found him to be honest, direct and capable. He solved our problem promptly and at minimal expense.
