Express Rooter Plumbing

There was a howling noise coming from one of my toilets. My dad had suggested turning on all the faucets in the house with the hope that it was just an air bubble in the system. This did not work; the noise persisted. I went into the toilet and noticed that when I touched the top of the ball and chain valve that the noise would stop. So I figured that if I adjusted the ball downward that maybe that would fix the problem.

Well...the entire assembly broke off in my hand. I had to shut the water off in the house. To make a long story short, Brian at Express Rooter plumbing was fantastic. He replaced the valve and tossed in a new water supply line for the toilet. Thanks Brian...standby for more valves... I have 3 other toilets that are just as old as that 4th one you fixed.

On October 20th I placed a call to Express Rooter Plumbing for a pipe in my basement that was leaking. Yuri came out to my place and provided service. Great work! However he was more than 3 hours late due to previous assignment, laudable dedication, but bad manners from receptionist for not following up with me for 3 hours!

I had some plumbing problems and Robert W. was great. He cleaned out drain and gave me some quotes for an upcoming reno. I will be calling Express Rooter once I start.

I called Express Rooter plumbers and Jason G provided Prompt response, diagnosis and repair. very satisfied. Clearly explained. If water system works well when repair is completed - very satisfied.

After the third flood of one of my classrooms my property manager brought in this company. He has been here twice today..came back when he said he would, made no mess, was wonderful to work with and found the problem.
