I would recommend Europa cartage to anyone looking to move. This was by far the best experience I have ever had moving, and I have moved quite a few times. Right from the start it was a pleasant experience. Rocky was very personable and informative. As background, we were living in a temporary location as we sold our home and our new home was not ready. We used another company to move our belongings to our temporary location. I was not happy with the amount of time it took to move us with the first company as I thought they took a lot longer than they should have, and the move was only 5 KMS from our home to our temporary location. So I decided to give Europa a try based on their reviews from Home Stars. The movers were on time and extremely courteous. They wasted no time and got right to work. They handled everything with great care and packed it neatly into the truck. Rarely stopping to take breaks. The move to our new house was quite a bit further than the last move. We were moving 30km from our temporary location. That being said, my fears about my first move taking way too long were confirmed when the guys from Europa completed my move in 3.5 hours LESS time than the first move done by the other company, even though the travel distance was much further the second time.
If you are thinking about hiring a mover, I would give Europa a try.

This is the 3rd time we have used Europa and once again they have exceeded expectations. Even though behind the scenes they were having to deal with a truck in disrepair, they still met my needs on the date scheduled and communicated with me the evening before that they would be slightly late due to picking up a rental truck. The employees are always friendly and take good care of valuables and antiques. I highly recommend giving Europa a call - you will not be disappointed.

Rocky made my first time experience using professional movers easy and stress free. Rocky explained accurately the options available for this move and the most cost effective option for this move. Both Rocky and Ray moved all of the required pieces and extra last minute furniture items efficiently and within the original time estimate. They were very patient and understanding as we kept adding items/furniture and boxes for them to move. I am very pleased with Rocky and Ray and I highly recommend to others. Rocky and Ray were very friendly, fast, professional, efficient as items were packed and transported without any damage.

Contacted Joe and the team for a third time to move some lingering stuff we had that needed to be addressed. As usual, he was prompt, courteous, and careful. I've recommended him to my friends and can say he's consistently great.

Joe and Pedro did an excellent job. Not a single item was damaged in any way, not even a scratch. My wife and I did not do a great job packing and getting ready but Joe accomodated without a problem. They were fast, and I mean FAST. There was not slacking or walking. It was running to get the next item to put it in the truck. Awesome.

Move Date: Friday July 22, 2011. I have never been so completely satisfied with a company or a service as I've been with Europa. Joe and his company moved my elderly mother's belongings from a bungalow to a townhouse. I was really worried since my mother had a lot of delicate and precious items that were sentimental to her. Not only did they take extreme care in moving her belongings, they were conscientious of her most prescious possesions. They worked so hard in the extreme heat, and still had such a great and positive attitude. Joe was professional and personable. He ensured all of our special requests were completed with attention to detail. He ensured that the move was done in a timely manner and with the utmost care. My elderly mother extended the utmost gratitude for ensuring that her belongings were well taken care of, and making a stressful day, stress free. Thank you Joe.

They recently moved us from our apartment to a multiple level townhome with 4 flights of stairs. Joe personally came to our house a month before the move to give us an estimate based on our belongings. They showed up early, expertly manoeuvred to our service elevator through a cramped back alley. The team very carefully moved our belongings and wrapped everything that needed protection in plastic. They got everything loaded up and moved out very fast. Once at the new house, the guys made sure to protect our floors, put everything in the proper rooms, handled the many flights of stairs and were very fast. They even took apart furniture that wouldn't properly fit and put it back together quickly and perfectly. At the end of the move there was no damage to either home, or any of our belongings! We were so pleased that Joe quoted us exactly the amount of time, and price that the move wound up being! Every other mover we approached quoted us 3-4x the price for this move. Joe was a professional and I highly recommend Europa Movers!

This isn't the first time we have used Joe to move us...he is reliable, careful, curtious and increadibly fast! All the furniture that they took apart was carefully put back together. Great care was taking moving us out and into our new home. I wouldn't use anyone else! Joe has not only moved us but friends of ours too he's a gentleman and an absolute pleasure to work with!

I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this was my first find on HomeStars, and I don't think I could be happier. Joe is always professional: he shows up when he says he will and delivers beyond my expectations. Typically you find yourself compromising with people these days. They're nice, but they suck. They're good, but they're late. Joe and team are just amazing. They are kind, professional, careful, timely, and know how to move everything, plus Joe takes care of the details - he ensures that they put stuff under your packed items so that they won't scratch the floor.

I often find gushing reviews hard to believe, but with Joe, I put my money where my mouth is. He moved me into my girlfriend's, and he did such a good job, I called him back as soon as we got a house to move there.

I'd recommend him and his team without reservation or hesitation. He'll put your mind at ease so you can focus on everything else.
