The team were awesome from start to finish. They promptly replied on my enquiry, the staffer assisting us was Adnan and he has been an excellent helper - helping us find the carpets and area rugs that would work best for our needs and budget.
Carpet installation on the basement floor was easy, quick and the team did really great job. They showed up on time, they removed the old carpet and installed the new one without any obstacle.
We are very happy with the service and even happier with the floor.

End of the roll worked with me to book an appointment around my work schedule. They showed up on time and were polite, courteous and hard working. They also followed up afterwards to see if we were happy with the job. They were also reasonably priced. We are so happy with their work. Our stairs look beautiful. Work was done in a timely and efficient fashion. The single person seemed to work well and showed that knew what he was doing. The job was accomplished in a quiet and diligent manner with minimal interruption. The areas were well cleaned after all the work was finished.
While not a complaint, we would have liked it if some carpet remnants could have been left behind in case of any damaged stair section in the future.

Paid for the carpet and installation. Installation was done like other have said, by a monkey. We called the day it was installed to say there were errors, they said they would come out to fix it. One month later, and many calls later we are still waiting. They take your money, do a terrible job and are never seen again. DO NOT TRUST THEM
