We have used Encore Windows and Doors for multiple projects and have been very satisfied with the quality of products and installation work. If an issue arises post installation they are still there to help the customer. Keep up the good work Encore.

Encore replaced all my exterior doors. They installed a beautiful fiberglass front door and steel storm door as well as a steel back door. Although it took a while after the order for the doors to arrive, they were well worth the wait. The installers did a great job and cleaned up very well afterwards. I recently had windows installed by another company and did not have nearly as good an experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Encore to anyone.

We recently replace 20 windows with Encore windows. If you are looking for someone to replace the windows in your home you cannot do better than Encore Home Improvments.
David is very knowledgeable and spends the time necessary to explain the complicated issues surrounding glass and window options.
He is great to deal with, honest and very dedicated to making sure that everything from your initial order to the final installation goes smoothly.
Our installer George did a superb job. The alarm company we coordinated with commented that it was the best install work they had every seen!!
I highly recommend this company and would use them again, although having replace all the windows in our home, that may be a long time from now.\

The process was flawless from my initial meetings with Dave until the install from George. Dave It was a pleasure working with you , your attention to detail was very important to me . You did a great job locating the satin nickel handles and I love the trim around the windows. George is definitely a great installer, he is neat , great carpentry skills and very experienced .

My parents contracted Encore to replace the windows in their house (Spring 2018). It has been an arduous and frustrating process for several months now. Encore postponed the work date several times and with little to no notice. They cited their crew was overworked and overbooked. First off, that's not my parents' fault as the client. That's a management issue. My parents paid good money for Encore's services. When the Encore crew finally did show up, they did the work, but it felt rushed. My parents found out during the first rain storm that one of the windows was leaking! It's been weeks since they first informed Encore of the issue, and every time it rains, the window leaks and incurs more water damage. Every time, my parents have to chase Encore to try and get them to fix the problem. The window is still leaking. It's like pulling teeth. It's clear to me that they are not prioritizing the issue. As a company that replaces windows, Encore literally has one job to do: install windows that do not leak! It's been a stressful experience for my retired parents, and until Encore demonstrates that they are willing to fulfill their contract for services paid, I would not recommend this company at all.

After interviewing and getting 4 quotes to replace all the windows in our townhouse we decided to have Encore complete the work. They were extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. Our quote was not the cheapest nor the highest. We felt we were getting a high quality product at a fair price. the installation was over 3 days and the team did a great job. My wife and I are very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend Encore to family and friends
