These days you want value for your money, skilled workmen, and a trustworthy company who stand by their word. I got all of these. Delivery was screwed up because of the world conditions and material sitting on a ship in the Pacific so was delayed. However once here i was contacted and appointment made to come the next day. They arrived on time, used drop sheets to protect other areas of the house, worked the entire time they were here, cleaned up well and fast and were gone. My inspection of the work left me pleased and I am a picky guy and could not find anything wrong.. Go with them for your doors and windows. Then feel badly for the guy down the street that did not use them. You will not feel badly about choosing Encore. I was so happy, while they were here I asked for a quote on another defective window..

Our doors were installed in early September, so this review is a bit delayed. Michael assisted me in envisioning my new doors. Communication was always great with this company. We're really pleased with the quality and look of the final product, and we often get complimented on our entrance doors. Thank you, Encore!

We had to replace all the windows in our house. Encore Company came gave us a very competitive quote. Their installer were great. Polite, professional, and always willing to answer questions. They did exactly what they said they would and kept us informed every step of the way. Great company to deal with. If you want a company that does what they say they’ll do this is the company for you. Excellent service, great pricing, and great knowledge of products.

Encore provided best service and value even before we started the job. They have a good product line and knowledgeable estimators and installers, and were sensitive to existing design features in the house. Installation was complete in two days, with care taken to cleanup inside and out.

This was my first time using Encore and I am beyond happy with my experience. From start to finish Anthony was great to work with. Not only did he help me with my decision on the doors I was updated on the progress through the whole experience. The Installation was seamless and the staff were very experienced. My front doors look absolutely beautiful and the transformation is amazing! I would Highly recommend this company.

We didn’t like the slab front door with two clear glass side lites on either side. Encore had the beveled glass door design we wanted and matching sides lites, provided a fair price and did a great job of installation. This is the fourth time I have used this company over the past 15 years from replacing all the windows in our house to replacing a window in our dining room with glass sliding doors.

The installation team has many years experience, they made a difficult job look easy, the true sign of a professional. They were respectful of our home, were clean , neat and they were curious and friendly.

Encore installed our BQuiet windows and replaced storm doors. They are very professional, attentive to details and very hard working.
