Installation of EV Charger

We hired Hotwire Electric to install an EV Charger for us on the side of the house. The job was tricky due to challenges of where to place the charger, but the electrician worked with us to find the best place. They were prompt, communication was terrific and the work was top notch.

I am very happy with the service I received from your company. Mike was very helpful with his suggestion that I install a double outlet instead of a single outlet that I wanted side by side for the section of where my TV and other connection needed. All together I had 5 outlets install.

Outside electric outlet and one inside needed fixing

We had an outside outlet that hadn't worked for some time and needed it fixed as well as some sort of weather proofing so it would be protected in the future. Hotwire got back to us very quickly after my online inquiry. This in itself was unusual - many places either don't respond or do it very late. Hotwire set up a date and time for the service right away. An electrician came right on time and his work was efficient and clean. My husband especially appreciated that he explained in detail what was wrong and how he fixed the problem. Hotwire's customer service and actual work are first rate and I would highly recommend them - we have no complaints.

The Hotwire Team is absolutely wonderful to work with.

Our client has a very specific requirement/demand for his network setup. We initially reached out to Hotwire for a few extra circuits needed to be added, but later found out they are actually experts on automation and network as well.

Work was carried out immediately after discussion with the owner Oris & Hanna. On-site team was polite and hard-working, especially Alex and his apprentice Jaö. Jaö seems very knowledgeable for a second-term apprentice, they must've taught him well.

Project was done on time and our client was very satisfied with the result. I would like to thank the Hotwire team and hope we could work together again soon!
