Very pleased with the total package. from in store service to on-site installation. the staff was very friendly and helpful. would recommend Duro-Shed to anyone that is looking for a quality product.

After searching for the ideal shed for our smaller sized backyard we found Duro-Shed. They had many design options and styles to choose from and we found the perfect one for our needs. They were just great and helped with out pre-shed construction prep work details and worked with out contractor. Their install was efficient and very professional. I would gladly use them again!

Installation very unprofessional. Installer was struggling all day to put the shed together. Installer brought his son who was useless, just laying on the grass talking on his cell phone, almost cracked my brand new patio removing nails from a 2x4. Best part was they left all the garbage in my backyard. I called and spoke to Steve who didn't seem to care and said someone would come by to pick up the garbage. I'm still waiting.....I live in a new subdivision and will not be recommending this company to my neighbours.

Salesmen came over discussed different options. We picked the shed with a hip roof and the cupola. It looks great, work was completed sameday any questions i had were answered by sales rep. Great company to work with.

Our experience with Duro-Shed was excellent. We met with Ursula and Laurie regarding the addition of a shed in our backyard. They are very knowledgeable and went over all aspects on the project. We discussed by-laws, materials, maintenance etc. As we opted for a concrete foundation the head office staff was helpful in providing a reference for the concrete work. The concrete work was done as scheduled and the shed was installed on the pre-determined day and was done very quickly. The gentlemen cleaned up and left the backyard in the same manner as it was when they arrived. Everything went as planned, including good weather.

We purchased a shed through the Bolton office. Rob was very knowleageble and helpful. Installation was done on time and well. Well built, looks great and it is solid. Andis (the installer) was excellent. A+!

In general, we were very pleased with this company. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were quite flexible with the design of the shed and accommodated all our wishes. They did not try to nickle and dime with every change, as did some of their competitors. During the actual construction they asked us where and what we wanted to do. Once the construction was finished, we realized we made a mistake and Steve (the owner) even delivered a replacement panel to our house (we really appreciated this!).

We did not give the company a 10 for the following 2 reasons:
1. According to their instructions, we built the footings for the shed at ground level which meant the runners are also at ground level. Being in cottage country, there is a lot of rain and especially snow. This construction does not allow for proper drainage and ventilation and can cause the runners to rot. We relied on their experience and expertise; in hindsight, the footings should have been elevated.
2. Our numerous e-mails to them went unanswered. After waiting several days for a response, we had to follow up with a phone call to discuss matters. This caused unnecessary delays. Also, we prefer communicating by e-mail because it documents discussions.

We met the people from Duroshed at the National Home Show in March. We’ve been looking for a shed for some time. We researched online and visited all the big department stores. But, in the end Duroshed has the quality, experience, and customer service that we are happy with and all within a budget that beats the rest. Save your time – go with Duroshed!

The builder from Duroshed (Ozzy) showed up on time and was very professional
and likable. The finished product met my expectations. He also spent considerable time cleaning up the site after completing the job. I would hesitate to recommend Duroshed to anyone.
