Dupont Plumbing Supplies

We ordered a bathtub and all plumbing parts and fixtures for it from Ash after receiving a recommendation from family. Ash gave us a very competitive quote for all these pieces.

When it came to delivery, I mentioned I wasn't able to help bring the new tub inside as I'm currently pregnant and they made sure they had 2 delivery people that day.

Unfortunately, they accidently delivered 2 boxes of our order to a another customer, but once I realized they were missing (nearly a month after delivery) they found the missing parts and had them ready for delivery/pick-up within a day. It was an honest mistake but they handled the situation very professionally.

my husband and i went to Dupont Plumbing as recommended by our friend. we already knew what piece we wanted (e.g. vanity, 3 toto toilets, 1 kohler bathtub, kohler rain shower) and Ash sold us all these items to us for cheaper than what we saw them for at retail stores. we even cancelled a bathtub that we thought wasn't suitable without any problems. the delivery was smooth - except that there was only 1 delivery person - so my husband had to help him bring the bathtub upstairs.

Not always the best prices, but overall, pretty easy to deal with them. Their delivery service was kinda crap since they only sent one guy to deliver a bunch of stuff including a large bath tub, I ended up having to help him with bringing everything into the house. Now if it was just my wife home? there's no way in hell he could have gotten that thing inside without breaking both the tub and my doorway... So yes, cheaper prices, but cheaper service.

Bottom line: Not bad.. save some money and still 10x better than going to a big box store

Sold me a damaged vanity - marble top had been cracked and glued, cabinet had been repaired and didn't receive a backsplash at all. Told me it was manufacturer's fault, wouldn't accept responsibility. Manufacturer says all goods received by Dupont are inspected upon receipt by Dupont and they shouldn't have accepted receipt if it was damanged. Am out of pocket $1,200.

Was fairly good. Fixtures and materials on time and good condition. price was best in town! we did work ourselves. and now we just need carpet with stones - it's nice!
