Drape Master

This is the second time we've had Drape Master repair a blind for us. They do a thorough cleaning as part of the just and did a great repair job on something that would probably have been replaced otherwise. Happy to recommend this company.

We dropped off a slip cover and four large pillows from our sofa for cleaning. Service was outstanding. Super super polite, friendly, great quality work and completed faster than promised. The folks at Drape Master are superstars! One million stars.

I hired Drape Master because they had done an excellent job cleaning 8 roman shades in a sunroom. my loveseats have never looked as good! The attention was courteous and professional. Care was taken to protect the floors and all covid-19 precautions were taken.

We had our master bedroom and 3 stair windows drapes cleaned. They came back impeccable. The service was very courteous. We didn't have to take the curtain down and put them back they did it all for us. It also was done in a week, which was very quick. We would highly recommend them.

I dealt with Don, he was very professional and patient in explaining everything. Since i had a tenant in my unit which had the repairs to be done, Drape master kept myself and the tenant informed on an ideal date and time that worked for both of us.

I have a 8 ft blinds which were touching the floor as the clutch had broken. I sent an enquiry online and Don was communicative in responding. Don asked me to send pictures of the blind and was quick in providing an estimate. It was a seamless experience scheduling the visit. Max came to my condo to remove the blinds. Blinds were returned and installed back in three days. Max and Don were very respectful, communicative and kept me informed throughout the process. I am happy to see my blinds working well once again and would recommend Drape Master's services.

Drape Master did an excellent job cleaning my 20 year old drapes, making them look almost new! The pick up and drop off were prompt, the billing well explained and the attention to details superb.

I contacted DrapeMaster based on their excellent reviews. Don explained the process clearly and Max came out to the house to examine our draperies, clearly explain the process and advise us of any risks in cleaning. He removed them and ultimately rehung them.
We were so pleased with the results that they returned to clean our broadloom and upholstery! George and Ana worked extremely hard and everything looks the best it has in years.
I really can't recommend them enough. I was also very pleased with everyone's adherence to Covid protection protocols.

I had a terrible tenant cause damage to my blinds: One fell off the wall and the other had a broken clutch. Don and Max were super friendly, very professional, and extremely helpful in repairing the issues. They even went above and beyond to secure the pull chains because they noticed my nephew was over and let me know it would be safer (they did not have to do this as it took them more time beyond what I asked them to do). I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.

The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and hardworking and the outcome.....amazing!!! We were absolutely thrilled with the results, since some of the carpet and furniture stains were hard to remove. We will be calling again o keep everything looking fresh.
