Drape Master

Drape Master came to the house, removed 4 silhouette blinds and cleaned them, returning and installing them one week later. They are like new. I highly recommend this company---they are a class act.

I dropped the blinds off and met Cindy who was very friendly and informative. She made me feel like the blinds were in good hands. They finished the work in less time than she had estimated and the end result was great. We re-installed the blinds at our clients condo and they looked so much more clean and bright. I got 8 Curtains Dry cleaned all of them came back looking fresh and brand new. I was very pleased with my experience at DrapeMaster. Cyndi was very helpful and explained the process the curtains were going to go threw for them to look great again. All Curtains were complete within a few days, Substantial service.

I found Drape Master on the web. I contacted Cyndi, via email to ask several questions and she responded to all my questions very quickly in a polite and professional manner. When we brought the drapes in, I was greeted by several friendly and helpful people who looked at the drapes and assured me that a good job could be done and it was. I highly recommend their service both for the quality of work done and helpfulness of the staff. Later I took in a kimono to be cleaned, once it was done, I received a call telling me what to expect when I picked it up as the silk fabric is quite delicate. I was again pleasantly surprised to see how well it turned out. I would use this company again.

We recently bought a loft in Toronto that has 18 ft. sheers and black out drapes. They must have been original with 13 years of soiled in dirt. Replacing them at this time was not my first choice and we were referred to this company by the lofts management. They cleaned and repaired the curtains to an unbelievable state...almost new. We were so happy with the results, service and employees that we called them back to clean the carpets also. A fantastic company that I will continue to use and refer to my friends and family.

I have recently had my window coverings and two rugs cleaned by Drape Master. From the onset ,the service has been exceptional. The staff that came to my home to remove and explain the services to the gentlemen that returned to rehang my shades were excellent! The shades and carpet are like new!

Drape Master cleaned my custom made silk living room and dining room drapes. The communication was excellent and the drapes came back as good as new. I would highly recommend them for a similar service.
