Dr Green Lawn Care Services

Dr. Green was my worst choice ever .
I choose them to take care of my lawn,however the results were very disappointing.
So I cancelled my service.
The surprise is they kept coming to my house while I am at work claiming that I didn't cancel my service and asking me to pay for a service that I already cancelled!!!!
Not only that but they start blackmailing me asking for money for the garbage type of service.
People be aware this Dr. Green company are not honest ,not
efficient and they are not recommended.

I moved and cancelled the lawn service, but Dr Green came to my old address and completed the service. I have refused to pay and receive a call every two weeks demanding payment. The calls are bordering on harrassment. I would not recommend doing business with Dr. Green.

I discontinued my services with Dr.Green by summer 2015. I had someone come over from Dr.Green in the spring of 2016 to apply lawn care. I called Dr.Green and told them that I had already discontinued my service the previous year. But I keep getting Invoices every month with penalty charges, it does not matter with how many people at Dr.Green I speak with but the Invoices and weekly calls keep coming asking for payment... Totally frustrated with this Harassment..

Terrible experience.
I have been with this company for over than 3-4 years .Year after year we were hoping that Dr. Green can do what we were promised with.
Paid them a lot of money to take care of my front area and back yard ,the outcome was very disappointing.
Tried to contact the company multiple times to fix their bad job however they never respond.
Highly not recommended .

I was not impressed by the service of this company. emails were supposed to be sent before coming out to complete a service but were not sent. we thought we would try out this company but will stick with a previous lawn care company in the future. We cancelled services but they came anyways and tried to charge for it after we had already cancelled. Maybe they are not as organized as they should be. Did not see a difference in our lawn at all. I would not recommend this company.

My lawn is so nice and green thanks to Dr. Green Lawn Care Service. Your staff are always friendly and helpful. This is my third year with your company and am extremely happy with your service.

On Sep 2nd we had Michael do our latest lawn care application.
We were so impressed with his caring attitude, discussing various issues that we highlighted to him. He was very quick to suggest solutions. We give Michael a big thumbs up for courteous customer service!! Well done, Michael!

Wow, it's always the same when you read reviews - extremely good or extremely bad. Why are companies like this? Or why are people like this? From my experience with Dr. Green, it hasn't always been smooth, but they have always worked it out. When I had concerns or issues, they were dealt with in a timely manner. I have been a customer for a number of years and have been very pleased with their services overall. Nothing is truly perfect, but they try to get it right in the end. Frim my experience I would recommend this lawn care service to others.
