After having our initial visit, we noticed a pellet type fertilizer in the front yard but not in the back. Supposedly a soil condition was used as well with the fertilizer, so that may have been the green pellet used with the fertilizer. After talking to the company the next day, they sent out a supervisor two days later and wrote a report saying that the fertilizer was applied but I could not even find said pellets in our dogs stool outside which were out at the time of said service.
Aeration had not been performed yet after several weeks and overseeding had not been done, there is a lack of communication in regards to telling customers as to when they plan on doing anything for your lawn in the area.
After deciding that their service wasn't for us, I called to cancel the service and after calling the first time, they said they would call me back. At the end of the day after receiving no call, I called them and asked for a refund on my pre-payment. After talking to Sarah, she hung up on me at the end of the conversation when I was going to be told what the refund was going to be. After two more days, I called them back to see what was happening with the refund and I am told they didn't have my credit card info and a refund would be applied after deducting for services, after which I was told that the "free soil conditioner" would be charged $75 as well since I am cancelling my service. This was never discussed in the conversation and is not on any of their literature that they would do this, much less the fact that I feel I didn't get said services done in the first place to the whole yard area.
Personally, I can't recommend this company because I can't trust them nor in acting in their customers best interest. If you're a current customer, I highly recommend a LOT of oversight to ensure you get what you paid for.
