They never show up on time for an appointment. It happened 3 times, never call to appologize or even notify of their delay. I take time off work for them not to show up. Quality, is horrible, improper venting, you can see staples in the carpet on my staircase. My kitchen and bathroom counter top are all coming apart from the walls even though they were sealed already once before. The list goes on...

After buying a home from Delpark Homes from their Brampton Phase 4 site I have no complaints. The sales representatives were kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Moreover, once it came time to close, the house was completed on time and in its entirety. Although there were some deficiencies that were made evident to me after the first few weeks of living in the house, their after sales team was helpful in getting my problems resolved in a kindly and professional fashion. After buying homes from several different builders, I would definitely recommend Delpark Homes.

I have known Delpark Homes through my friend from whom they bought their 1st house in Brampton. I did try to call them if they have project in other location and sure enough, I was glad to know about their project in Whitby I made an appoinment with Paul Podger, their sales person in charge in that project and was very satisfied with the way he treated customers as well as giving some infos, showing options about the house that I was interested in. Now I'm a proud owner and my other friends love the design and the way it my house was built. Good job Delpark!!! Keep up it up.

These guys are totally useless & I will suggest everybody not to book a house with them. I and other buyers really had a bad experience with them,its for sure they will delay your closing & after that the house they will build is not of a good quality,they are putting cheap quality of material to build a house. Their real estate agents especially Teresa & Georgio(Brampton) pretends that they are very friendly with you in the beginning & after getting the money they starts showing the attitude & will never listen to your needs.
