1./ Scared my wife by saying our furnace motor is overheating and could cause a fire. They even wrote it on the bill quoting $500.00 to replace. FACT: I measured the temperature of the motor and it is within specifications. There is nothing wrong with the motor. This is a scam to sell motors. I am a Certified Engineering Technologist. What are his qualifications?
2./ Did not clean dryer vent properly.
3./ Their cleaning tools are non-existent, i.e. no brushes. They push a round hose into rectangular ducts and the duct side walls and top are hardly touched.
4./ When I opened the furnace door after they left it fell off!!!
