Brent is a top notch inspector. Thorough, meticulous and efficient. He's also very funny and made a rather "unpleasant" experience, light and entertaining. I highly recommend him for your next home inspection. He spoke in terms that I understood and cut to the chase. Well well worth it!

Brent was fantastic. His inspection was thorough and very helpful. Throughout the full 2 hours he spent with me, he walked me through the home, explained everything in terms that I understood. Mr Brent did the home inspection of my property at coates drive and it was ok. The report he provided after the inspection was extensive. Overall it was ok.... Not that great....

I fixed an home inspection appointment with brent and he reached on time.He was very knowledgeable,keen and explained to us all of the aspects of the inspections throughout the process.He also guided us through the do's and dont's while living in the house which was very helpful for us.

First time home buyer !!!! Stressful process , but luckily we had Brent perform our home inspection and we are happy with the job he did! Very nice and polite guy. He was early at the property and spent almost 2 hrs going over the house from top to bottom. He identified some little issues as well gave us advise on how to fix them . There were alot of questions !! But he managed and was very patient and answered each one. His rates are reasonable and i would strongly refer him to family and friends . First time home buyer, and I was out of town on business during my home inspection. Didn't know what to think. Thankfully, Brent walked my fiancee and father all throughout the house and prepared a very detailed summary of everything for me upon my return. Lots of details and a collection of high resolution images to match, which ultimately lead to us buying the house.
