Brent was efficient and very through with our home inspection. I only had 3 days to have a home inspection completed, so I was in a rush. I called on a Sunday thinking I’d get an answering machine, but Brent answered and fit an appointment that was convenient for me.

He answered all the questions I had during and after the inspection. His replies after the inspection were also very quick. I'd recommend Brent to anyone who needs a home inspection completed.

As a first time home owner, it is important to make sure my money is well invested and everything in the house meets the standard. So I need someone who is professional and knowledgeable to do the home inspection. My friend recommended Brent to me and I have also read a lot of positive feedbacks on this website, so I called him and glad that he is available on weekend to do the home inspection.
Brent was punctual and he worked right away starting with the exterior inspection. He identified items that I was not aware of and explained what need to be addressed and added on the 30-days and 1-year report to Tarion. I had only 1 day left of the 5 days of the condition fulfillment of purchasing my house. I had to get my house inspected asap! I searched through the net and got into this website! I read the reviews from Brent's previous clients and they all had given positive feedbacks about his work. So i called him and I got lucky that he was free the next morning to do my home inspection. Our appointment was set for 9:30am but he arrived by 9:10 or so. So he's very punctual with his time! He started his job right away without delaying any time. Hes very friendly and for sure helpful. He inspected each and every square of the house. From A to Z was inspected and a picture was taken. I would highly recommend him for anyone who's looking for a home inspector. Im sure u wont be able to find anyone better than Brent. Im glad i made the right decision on doing business with him, and i'll for sure always have him as my home inspector in the future. More of my family members are purchasing house in the next 2 months and i know who to refer them to.

It's rare to find a home inspector that will climb on the roof of a fairly new home and thoroughly check for imperfections. Brent is a thorough and knowledgeable home inspector with very reasonable pricing. It was a pleasure.

Brent was a pleasure to work with. He arrived right on time and got to work immediately starting with the exterior inspection. Brent is knowledgeable, thorough and open to discuss what might be silly questions coming from a first time home buyer.
He went above and beyond the scope of the inspection, he spent some time attempting to clear out the clogged gutter while he was on the roof. Had I had a hose handy, no doubt he would have flushed out the entire eaves trough for me.
Brent provided tips on how to save money and where to spend money wisely on the house. His service is excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with this gentleman and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to family & friends. Oh he's good for a laugh too which is just an added bonus.
