Had my roof done with them about 10 years ago.
Needed a roof tune up and repair since some shingles lifted and flashing lifted over the years.
Scheduled appointment, they showed up on time and repaired it accordingly. The same crew that diagnosed the problem showed up to repair it and they were very curteous.
I received a 5% discount and the first visit cost ($99) was reduced from the total amount.

Roof was done in 2014. Shingles are curling up and falling off particularly when there is a wind storm. Called several times and issue has not been resolved. I have had several repairs done by other companies and they have indicated that the shingles were not installed properly. Highly recommend that you do not use Chouinard brothers. I have called several times and there is an excuse each time on why someone cannot come to our house to fix or inspect the issue. I did contact management several times including three times this week no response back.

I had been given the name of Chouinard Bros. by my neighbour a few years ago and had saved it for future reference. I contacted them immediately. From initial contact onward, I felt I had truly chosen the right company! They were very professional and thorough at each stage of the job. The completed repair was well done, the roof and ground areas were left clean. At my request, they sent pictures of the repair. The job pricing was very reasonable.
