I have a full appreciation of the fact that roofing is not by any means an elegant job. I understand that it would be impossible to do without some mess, this would expected. However, I we were feeling pretty confident that the team would do a good job. This was not enitrely the case. My neighbour brought 32 stray nails that were on the yard where her child and dogs play, I had to pick up garbage every day, and I had to repeatedly request that a pile of discarded old tiles be removed from my door overhang. In addition to this, a newly planted garden bed, that I had covered with a small fence and coveing such that it would be clealy noted as a protected space, was blatantly trampled.
When I emailed my concerns, I got no reply in any form.
At the end, a portion of my roof was not completed. I called 5 times about this, and never got a reply.Though I did get a call asking me to play my bill. I did not, citing that I will pay when the job is complete. I still am awaiting the completion of the job. Very Very dissapointed in the customer service. Problems and glitches I can handle, poor customer service and disregard of cutsomer concerns is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive and important home service.
Ironically, I remain confident in the quality of the product and the job itself.
