Choice Leather Furniture

We cannot rave enough about the service that we received at Choice Leather. The Sales Manager, Adrian, was very helpful and attentive when we visited the showroom to see our options. Since he doesn't work on commission, Adrian didn't try to upsell us on anything - he worked with us to find a couch that met our needs and budget and made recommendations on things like armrests and legs. We made an initial visit to the showroom and after interacting with Adrian and visiting some other leather specialty stores, we felt very comfortable with our decision to return and make our purchase at Choice. Adrian was able to reassure us about getting the sofa into our house, which had been a concern owing to the narrow doorways of our very, very old home. The sofa was ready sooner than expected, nearly exactly 4 weeks after ordering, and Adrian was quick to get in touch and arrange delivery. Delivery itself went very smoothly, with Adrian himself delivering the couch - he made sure our old sofa was removed, ensured that there were felt pads on the legs so as to not scratch up our hardwood, was very conscientious about cleaning up the wrapping and packaging, etc. If we ever move into a bigger home that can accommodate more seating, we will absolutely return to Choice, hands-down.

From the moment we met with Adrian, we were very comfortable with her choice to go with this company. He was extremely knowledgable and very helpful in helping us make choices around design and color. After we purchased the couch, we must have called him four times for the measurements as we built and renovated our dream home. We are extremely satisfied with the service and we love our new couch! He was also very accommodating to changing dates with the renovation completion for delivery. His son Gabriel came for delivery and was terrific as well. We purchased leather sofa set from Choice Leather. We checked various furniture stores in GTA but only Choice Leather offered the right styles and quality for our budget. We bought a 3 piece leather sofa set and are happy with our purchase.

We were very pleased with our first purchase experience from Choice Leather furniture. The store was recommended to us by a family member as we were looking to invest in a genuine leather couch and get rid of a bonded leather one which was worn and ripped. Adrian was very helpful and attentive when we were selecting our sectional, pointing out the custom options and differences for each. Definitely a better experience than dealing with furniture salesmen at a big name furniture store who are working for their commission and don't have your best interests in mind.

The sectional was made in a shorter timeframe than expected and when it was ready Adrian delivered it the next day. He helped move it into my small downtown condo and unpacked / set it up. He also helped dispose of the old sofa which made the process hassle free. Thanks for the excellent service, we will definitely be back to find more pieces to furnish our new home!

This is the 2nd time we purchase from Choice Leather. We bought our first set of sofa from them about 10 years ago. It is still in good shape after so many years of use by my three boys. So we went back to this company without hesitation when we decided to buy a sectional for our new home. Again, great quality by Choice Leather made us happy and the service is great too. Adrain is very patient and caring during the set up. We will for sure buy from them again when we need another leather sofa.

Shopping for furniture from abroad can be very challenging, but that was definitely not the case with Choice Leather. We happened upon a stunning leather chesterfield that was on for an amazing price. Tom was an indispensable help to us as we considered the purchase and investigated the quality from overseas. He was highly informative, answered every question with patience and care, and arranged for the delivery to our door--all before we'd even set foot in the country! The entire process was smooth and the couch is gorgeous! The number of compliments we've already received further affirmed our pick. Tom, we can't thank you enough!

After reading lots of reviews and calling as well visiting different stores (I.e. All the custom Canadian made leather furniture stores as well as bixnbox stores.) we decided on Choice Leather for purchasing our sectional. I am so happy that we chose Choice Leather. The price was significantly lower than the other stores and dealing with Adrian and the owner of the store was great.

We did have a problem with our sectional about two months afterwards, there was a creaking sound from the middle piece. We called the store up and they took care of it without any hesitation. They pick it up and dropped it off at the factory to be fixed. We had it back in about a week.

I went to choice leather looking for a couch for my parent's home. We were greeted by Adrian upon arrival. He proceeded to show us the options we were looking at and was very patient in doing so. Adrian walked us through our options and helped us pick the best option. At no time did I feel rushed to make a decision or felt like he was on commission. This is the type of customer service I like to be shown from a store. After taking the time to choose the right sectional for them, my mom decided she needed some more time to think about it.

Two weeks later I contacted Adrian again and came to see him at the store. I was surprised he remembered my name. We went ahead and ordered the sectional.

Fast-forward to six weeks later, the sectional was ready for delivery. Upon arrival, Adrian discovered that perhaps the couch might be too large to go up the stairs. Adrian took his time in figuring out how the couch would go into the house. The first piece went in without much problems. The larger piece got stuck and was not going in. Adrian was very careful to not cause any damage to the couch or the house itself. He ended up having to bring in the couch through the window on the second floor. The new sectional looks amazing and you can't beat this kind of quality.

If you need to buy a good quality couch and want excellent customer service, please go with Choice Leather. It is not the first couch we've purchased from them, and it won't be the last!

Needed a leather sofa for our new home and went to several retail stores to review options. The last store we visited was Choice Leather. They had the best variety of styles to choose from and patiently walked us through the pros and cons of each style and leather choices. We couldn't be happier with our final selection.

We just recently moved to a townhouse and have been spending some time with choosing the right sofa for us. We found most of the places we've been visited not satisfying. Choice leather is the last place we visited and we decided to buy leather sofa from there. Budget-wise, it will cost $1000~$2000 more to buy full-grain level leather from other places. Service-wise, Adrian is a very nice family guy, and he's providing all the help we needed. Our sofa and love seats are in place by yesterday. Everything looks great so far, we are hoping to use those sofa for at least 10 years.
