We are so happy with our beautiful sectional sofa, ottoman and chair. The workmanship is top quality. They also fit perfectly into our family room. We were worried that the sofa may be too big and were contemplating shortening it. When we gave Adrian the dimensions of the room, he convinced us to keep it the original size and we're glad we listened. Adrian delivered the furniture and went above and beyond with his level of service. He dismantled our old couch and moved it to the basement and gave us a leather care kit for the new furniture. We are very happy we chose Choice Leather for this purchase.

Exceptional service and fine quality product. I met with Tom and he went above and beyond to meet my requirments. I absolutely love the sectional that I purchased, sleek design and very good quality. The couch was even delivered before my expectations. Tom provided Lifetime warranty, so that clearly shows they stand behind their product.

I went looking for replacement of my water-damaged sofa+loveseat. I've heard of Choice Leather Furniture before and the first time I went in there, I could see the selections were of high quality material, not like some "big name stores". Frames are sturdy, leather feels top quality, and best of all, there was no hassle from sales people. Adrian only came & introduced himself, but did not push me to purchase immediately. I had to go back again to do some final measurements and again there was no hassle from Adrian. My final trip was to Choice's new location to place the order and Adrian was on vacation. I got to meet Tom who was very very helpful in guiding me to decide on the choice of colour & leather grade. I agree totally with other reviewers' comments that Tom & Adrian are not there "just to get your money", they do care about their products & service to customers. My final encounter with Choice Leather was the sofa+loveseat delivery (5 weeks later, as promised) by Adrian; who was exceedingly careful in the delivery and was very calm in solving some problems with the main door being quite tight for the sofa to go through. I'm more than satisfied with the purchase, and will recommend anyone thinking of purchasing sofa's to go visit Choice Leather. BTW, their furniture is made in Canada!!

We were looking for sectional sofa set for our new home. After so many disappointing trips to some of the well-known furniture shops, we went to Choice leather. Thanks to one of my office friend for the suggestion. The timing was perfect. They were moving to new places so they had inventory sale going on. Though, we were unlucky to find something from the floor. Finally, we made up our mind for custom built. Tom and Adrian went through pro and cons of the design, selection of leather and other key points to consider. Honestly, I haven’t seen so much honest sales team like them. The guy is not after money but for service. The price they offered us was great. The delivery was also on the schedule (5 weeks lead time). The set up was perfect. I think, going forward anything to do with leather furniture, my job is easy … only the Choice leather. BTW, thank you Tom for adding free ottoman and fancy leather chair in the order. My son is really enjoying both your gifts.

This was my second go around with the team at Choice Leather and my experience this time was just as rewarding as it was several year ago. Tom and Adrian presented a pleasant pressure free environment, giving me time and advice needed to select the best seating options for my new living space. I was shopping on line for a sofa and Choice Leather had the best selections for what I was looking for in terms of quality and workmanship. Most importantly, my sofa is made in Canada. I am thoroughly impressed with my purchase and the service was very good: from time of purchase to the delivery of my sofa. We first went shopping for a sofa around 5 years ago, but ended up using the money for home renos instead. We decided to start shopping again and had a pretty good idea we'd end up with Choice Leather. We stopped by a few other places just to be sure of what was available and what current prices were.

Tom and Adrian make themselves available for questions/information but also give you all the time you need to look at and try out the sofas without hassling you. It was a completely pressure-free situation. We actually stopped by a couple of times before making our final choice.

Prices are very competitive. The delivery time wasn't a "window" of time. It was Adrian saying he'd be there around 11 and calling 30 minutes ahead of time so I could leave work and meet him at my home. They even took my old, heavy sofa bed out to the curb for me (thanks guys).

If all goes well, I won't be buying another sofa for a long, long time.

Today, Adrian drove to our home near Orillia to deliver our two gorgeous leather love seats. Luxurious in look and feel. Adrian called across Canada and to Europe to find the leather we wanted. Wonderful experience! Adrian is a great salesman -very informative, patient and understanding of our requirements. Service level was fantastic. The quality of the product is great too. We ordered a brown sectional sofa and absolutely love it. Very comfortable and stylish. We got the floor model and it was delivered in 4 days from time of purchase.
