Choice Leather Furniture

I chose Choice Leather based upon their reputation and reviews. Based upon a discussion with Adrian at their showroom with I chose 2 leather couches. I asked for a delivery date about 3 weeks out. Adrian said that that was tight but they would see what they could do and he would let me know. True to his word, Adrian checked and as they had the leather on hand they told me they would try and make my desired date. The couches arrived today and they look fantastic. Adrian took the time and trouble to help me set them up and even helped me by replacing the plastic feet under the couch with felt pads. He even took away the plastic and paper protective covers the couches were delivered in.
Adrian provides outstanding service and my recommendation to others is to use Choice Leather and Adrian specifically.

Ordered twin sofas from Choice Leather. Adrian and Tom provided excellent customer service. No hard sell, just explained the product, answered questions and let the quality and value speak for itself. The Canadian made sofas were ready within 5 weeks as promised and delivered when arranged. We purchased a sofa and chair from Choice Leather about 6 weeks ago. The delivery date was exactly as promised – 5 weeks. We absolutely love our purchase, and the big plus for me is that it is Canadian made! Adrian was great to deal with and made the whole transaction very smooth and pleasant. He and his son delivered the furniture and didn't leave a mark on our walls. They even removed our old sofa and chair for us. We ordered a custom made Italian leather sofa. It is absolutely gorgeous and excellent quality. Adrian was very helpful and accommodating with the sale and delivery, and the time frame the sofa was produced in was very reasonable for custom furniture. On top of that, they hire Canadian workers. I would shop there again and recommend this store to others.

We recently purchased a love seat and three seater couch at Choice Leather furniture. The shopping experience was a real pleasure. The sales representative Adrian is knowledgable about the product he sells. There was no pressure to buy. Other customers in the store at the time were repeat buyers.

Adrian provided excellent service. No pressure. Lots of variety to choose from. Lots of colours, grades of leather, designs. Delivery service was great and final product is beautiful and comfortable. I came here instead of another vendor due to negative reviews there, and I got a great all-made-in-Canada product (instead of offshore) for the same price and much shorter build/delivery times!

Great couch and great service. We bought the couch a few years ago, and the zipper broke. They fixed it no problem. We'll be selling a lot of furniture as we're rebuilding our home. This sofa will stay with us!!!

I highly recommend buying your leather furniture at Choice Leather. The quality is exceptional and the service provided by Adrian is like no other. He is honest, patient and kind. You get what you pay for with the products they supply. Don't waste your time at the brink or lyons just does not match up. Adrian was very helpful and even helped me carry another couch out. Would not hesitate to send anyone here looking for a great product and a salesman who is down to earth.

We purchased a leather sofa from Choice Leather Furniture several years ago. Recently we had a seam come loose on one of the seat cushions. We took the cushion back to Choice Leather and they quickly repaired it at know cost to us. It's great to find a Canadian company that stands behind their product. I would definitely recommend them. Great product with excellent customer service.
