Casalife

I ordered approximately $5000 worth of furniture in December 2013. I paid a deposit at the store. My furniture, or I should say some of the furniture I ordered was not delivered until March. Before they brought in the furniture from the truck, they asked for the rest of the balance to be paid. The delivery guys assembled the dining chairs together in the truck and brought them in. When we inspected the chairs, we noticed some of the chairs were missing screws on the bottom. When we questioned them, their response was that they couldn't get it to fit, so they left it out. We told them that we were not going to accept 3 of the 8 chairs, so it was brought back to the warehouse to get fixed. Next, when they assembled the dining table, they used a trial and error method to assemble it. A big dent was found on the table top, so it too had to be returned and replaced. Our last piece of furniture that we ordered, was never packed into the truck for the delivery! I was told someone was going to delivery it on his way home that night, but that didn't happen. I waited, no calls, no apologies. After speaking with the owner, Robert, no compensation was offered, only excuses as to what happened...It was my first and last time buying from Casalife.

It took me 6 months to get my mirror and after receiving it, it was not the one that I order and I had to return it. Friendly staffs but quality of the product is poor for what you are paying for.

Not sure if this is because I am dealing with their new location at Yonge and Eg, but unfortunately did not have the same experience as others who have commented (sorry to say). I ordered a product in Dec'13, and did not hear back from anyone to update me on my order staus until March. I had to call in May for my own follow up. Granted, I did not purchase the most expensive item, but still would have appreciated more timely follow up. Also, trying to organize delivery is painful and the gentleman on the phone is obstructive as opposed to helpful. Hope this helps others! Have changed gears ad will buy most of my furniture from great dealers in Woodbridge!

We have bought several items at this store as we feel it's the best priced for what you get. This time we were looking for a contemporary dining table and fell in love with an oval marble, single pedestal table. The sales people were very courteous and helpful. The downtown store has many items on display and you can browse at your leisure or have someone help you if time is limited. The sales person we spoke to is a designer and helped us with visualizing our entire dining room, that's a nice plus if you need help. The table was delivered on time and were setup by the delivery guys. Very respectful of our house, took their shoes off and set up the table. There was a minor scratch under the table and Robert, owner of Casalife, has been a pleasure to deal with in fixing the scratch. Highly recommend this store as they have good service and are priced competitively.

Absolutely great selection of accessories and furniture. Really fabulous modern design sense that falls right into my personal design taste. Nicely laid out (not too many products shoved into a small space), really a great shopping experience. Staff is helpful but not pushy

Sarah at Casalife was helpful each time I visited the store; and there were a number of visits until I decided. They have a large selection and you can browse catalogues to order even more furniture than they have in-store. The delivery men were neat and did a great job assembling the furniture. Anyone can sell you furntiure. Casalife has great customer service and I plan to shop there in future.

We'd like to thank Glen from Casalife for his outstanding customer service and patience when we purchased our sectional and our bed for our new home. The delivery men were also cordial and punctual. We look forward to working with Glen to furnish the rest of our home.

We bought most of our furniture from Casalife, it's more simple and clean look, and that's what we are looking for. They helped us plan for our space and decor our home. We showed them the pictures of our home and they gave us suggestion, it was really helpful.

They were very friendly and helpful in trying to match the perfect colours for my home. These little added touches really added a finishing touches to my place! I will totally recomment it to any friend or family member.
