From the first time entering Casa Bella’s showroom their service by their inside associates was professional taking the time to answer our questions and explaining various aspects of the door construction and glass configuration.

This followed by a visit to our home by Steven Feig and his associate to measure and provide a final estimate on the work to be done. Steven made a number of recommendations and suggestions. At no time were we pressured to enter into a contract. A few days later I called Steven and accepted their quote.

An installation date was confirmed. A few days before the installation Steven called to confirm arrival times, apologizing for the fact the side light was on back order but a temporary side light would be installed. I was impressed by the fact Steven stated the balance of the payment would not be charged until the whole job was completed to my satisfaction.

A crew of 3 arrived at the designated time in a professional van. Work was completed within the two days we were expecting. The installers honour a number of my requests, worked diligently and kept the area clean and safe. They also provided their own floor covering in order not to damage the floors. We were impressed with the workmanship of this crew. When the second crew came to complete the side light we were just as impressed with their professionalism.

Casa Bella Windows is indeed fortunate to have excellent sales staff in the likes of Steven Feig and competent installers.

From sales to installation to after-service care, all aspects of the work done was excellent. My salesman had interesting, creative ideas that worked within my budget, the windows are of an excellent quality, and the installation crew was professional, efficient, and extremely attentive to detail. For example, they noticed a mis-sized screen, took it away and returned with the correct screen as soon as it was available. All in all, I am delighted with the windows and extremely pleased with all aspects of Casa Bella Windows' work and level of professionalism throughout.

Last week Monday and Tuesday we had our windows installed by Manny and Oliver from Casa Bella.
They did an amazing job. I honestly can't say enough good things about them.
They were so polite, courteous, tidy, clean, and very professional with their work.
And over all our entire experience with Casa Bella was very positive.

The door in our home was about 11 years old, and had been installed improperly by the builder (Wycliffe). It was of poor quality, and in that 11 year time frame, the centre post of this "French Door" set had rotted through due to improper weather stripping, etc. We got quotes from three top ranked companies on HomeStars, and ultimately selected Casa Bella because we were impressed with the overall aesthetic and quality of their door products and how it would work in our home (for the flow & look of our main floor). We selected gliding doors that looked like French Doors, as they lead into a small kitchen area, and the doors would always bang against the kitchen table when opening. Our salesperson, Mark, also let us see the factory (they build all of their own products), and it was spotless. They are clearly very clean and thorough in their work. A final reason for selecting Casa Bella was that they have their own employees install the products, not sub-contracted workers. We did not want the job to be rushed, but done properly instead. For all of these reasons, we very much liked Casa Bella.

Our only concern, throughout the process, seemed to be the general time frame in which our emails and phone calls were responded to. It seemed to take longer than we expected (and we say this from the perspective of working with several contractors this year to do many upgrades to our home). In general, Mark was great. He seemed to be going out of his way to accommodate us (i.e. coming during evening hours, etc). However, our general sense that we were left with was that Casa Bella needed some more admin. support in their main office, hence the delay in Mark getting back to us (although this was not ever stated to us). Finally, communication seemed a bit askew on the day of installation when we we're getting the boarder installed that we had asked for, in the final framing stages. We had asked for wood in the event that we would be able to stain it. Also, from the pictures that Mark had shown us of past projects, there was detail (simple engraving) in the moulding, to make it look more regal. We were offered plain wood slabs. In the end, the plain wood slabs did not fir the gap between the drywall and the door (since our door was a custom size) so we ended up getting something with moulding on it. I think this should have been better stated in the contract (although by 'luck' we ended up with exactly what we wanted) and would urge future customers to discuss this more in depth than we did. Throughout the process, Mark continued to email us. He was always polite and friendly, and tried to assist us in any way he could.

Overall, the final project is spectacular! We couldn't be more pleased and are thrilled with the new look, and especially with the new flow in and around the eating are of the kitchen. It is exactly what we had hoped for!

Last year we had 5 windows done by Casa Bella. They did such a good job we decided to have an additional 5 windows installed by Casa Bella this year. Our entire experience with Casa Bella was wonderful. Starting with our sales rep Steven, his knowledge and his excellent customer service made the entire project run smoothly from beginning to end. Casa Bella Windows did an amazing job on our house.
We chose Casa Bella from the great "no pressure" info/sales service at the Markham Home Show.
We had 9 windows and patio sliding door removed and replaced.
The crew was very professional, prompt, neat and the installation/ framework was excellent craftmanship!
They were friendly and patient with our dog/cats too!
They went the extra mile by suggesting switching the upper windows to match the same openings as the lower level. Great initiative!
We recommend Casa Bella to anyone in the market for new windows.
We look forward to working with them again (hopefully a garage addition).
