I am very pleased with my new patio door and the customer service at Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. The doors look great and I have received many compliments from friends and family. The retractable screen gives me the flexibility of opening both doors without worrying about bugs entering my home. When the doors are closed, I have a clear view of outside as the screen is not visible. After the installation I noticed the handle of one of the doors was slanted in the closed position instead of vertical. Customer service ensured this was corrected within a short amount of time. They followed up and were pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this door and company.

Canadian Choice replaced windows and a door in my rental unit. The sales staff was very informative, brought samples of the product they make and quoted a very competitive price. The install crew was nothing but courteous, professional and thorough, when they left there was no sign that they had been there other than some beautiful new windows and a new door. Got 17 windows and back door

We had our basement walkout door replaced 2 years ago and never had an issue with it at all, until the recent downpours. The original installation was fantastic and completed in the time promised. Had to have a service rep come out following the storms and he was also amazing. From the time I called in about the problem to the efficiency it took to get an email reply and someone out to our home was great. He adjusted every part of the door that could be done and was very diligent. While nobody can guarantee 100% with the amounts of water that we have received this summer that no water will ever get in, I do believe that the repair (at no additional cost to me) will do the trick. Very professional and great to work with.

Wonderful experience with Canadian choice start to finish. They very prompt, had very clear communication, no fake pressure sales tactics, overall very transparent about what we were getting. We love our new patio French/tilting doors. I feel like the value for the price was better than competitors. Installation was quick and clean, and the techs installing were knowledgeable and thorough.
