It was first time I called Cambridge Heating & Cooling & it was wonderful experience with sales adviser which I really appreciate Mr. Joseph then installer came at my place his name was Mark & he did wonderful installation I would recommend everyone to get in touch with Cambridge Heating they are good guys.

We bought our Lennox furnace and a/c system from them about 5 years ago, and overall we've been happy with the performance of the product. But their service department seems very disorganized. Every time we call for an annual service or minor repair, they seem to have no record of us, or of prior service, and seem surprised to hear from us. Wouldn't it be worth investing in a computer system that tracks clients? So they can send an e-mail or postcard to prompt the annual service call? We've also been put on hold for minutes on end and overall their customer service just seems very confused. If you buy from them, make sure to schedule your own annual service calls and hold on to every service receipt you ever get. Because they sure don't keep track of things.

We purchased a furnace and AC unit from Cambridge a few years ago based on a recommendation from a family friend. They were fast, reliable and offered a competive rate. Not the cheapest, but offered quality names at a good price.
We have had a couple of issues over the few years and they have always been quick to respond.
The only issue we had was confusion over the warranty period. I would definitely recommend this company though.

warranty work... Adam W. did a fantastic job identifying my problem with furnace/ humidifier and getting things working again. He was easy to deal with, courteous and took the time to hear my explanation of the problem. He quickly arrived at a solution and worked it through until everything worked perfectly. I bought a furnace and AC for my house from this company and their services were amazing. I am really very satisfied and recommending to everybody to buy the products and as well as service from Cambridge Heating & Cooling.

On January 2015, we contacted Cambridge Heating Cooling Inc for new furnace installation. Actually we had old furnace which was not efficient enough, After researching different cites we got quotes from different companies and their different stories which could not impress me well. Finally we called Cambridge and their customer service, sales staff Kevin, Joseph and Hashmi were excellent. In January where temperature was round 25c wind and we need urgent workmanship, their technical staff Keith ( Must be mentioned as he did job very professionally by staying at my house till 9 PM to make sure that everything should be perfect. I impressed by their wonderful customer service, meet with promises and application of rebate claims.
I will recommend my friends and family member to go with them whenever they will ask any furnace or AC jobs.

I was having problem with my furnace since a couple of days. I contacted at Cambridge Heating to fix the problem. Mr Joseph Senior energy consultant visited my house and explained me professionally in detail about new furnace he has. He also gave me payment options in installment without interest as well. I really appreciated Mr. Joseph rep of Cambridge Heating for giving me best advice regarding new furnace. I am happy with his payment terms.
Today his professional technician replaced my furnace. I am very happy to have perfect heat at my sweet home.

I have an old gas furnace and one cold night all of a sudden its stopped working,I called so many company but none them are not available to do the service right away.

But when I call Cambridge ,they said they can come for service within an hour,One technician from Cambridge came to my house and advised me to replace it is because it is not worth to repair this furnace because it is a mid efficiency furnace and almost 23 years old.

So they advised me to go for the new one,I requested them to do the install on the same day,there installation team came in the same day afternoon and finish the install by the same day evening itself.

Cambridge team are technically professional and well knowledgeable.I strongly advice this company to others.

Cambridge installed Furnace in our house on Dec 2015.They perform the work according to my specification.And I am totally satisfied with all the work.
