We needed to have our water heater replaced after the last one had a leak. Todd was very responsive, explained all of our options and answered our questions. He gave us a fair price and great service. Would definitely call Button's Heating again!

Called for humidifier leak, Andrew did service call which included clearing all condensate lines, checking gas pressure & cleaning burners.

He went way beyond expectation to ensure both humidifier and furnace were returned to optimum performance level.

Our Furnace was getting old but we were planning to move soon but wanted to ensure the Furnace was still in good condition for new owners. They provided an inspection and found one issue to be repaired.

From the owner down through to the service technicians each interaction was personable, professional and honest. Thanks to Todd, Aden, Brendan and also Penny and Jenna for coordinating everything!

The technicians were friendly and very helpful with installation of thermostat and furnace. They put down mats to keep floor clean. There was an issue that was quickly resolved the next morning. Great service.

Two years ago Buttons installed a new furnace completely to my satisfaction. However, just last week I realized the humidifier wasn't working which was due to a small connection error on their part. After contacting them and explaining the situation, Todd immediately came down, took a look, called in a technician who confirmed the problem was with the install, and then another technician came a few days later and replaced the parts to make the humidifier work again. To say the least, after two years, I am so impressed with the prompt, courteous and ethical customer service I received, all at no cost to me, and I can't say enough good things about this company. In this day and age of unethical workmanship and companies ripping us off, I would highly recommend Buttons Heating to anyone who requires an honest heating or air conditioning company.

Our condensation pump stopped working and Buttons was able to come out the same day to fix the problem. Tom was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that our system was working properly. Were always thrilled with the service we receive from this company. Dont hesitate to use them for any of your HVAC needs. There was no cost for the service call as the system was brand new.
