Great service, Brenda and Nadia are very professional and eager to help. Kept my upstairs floor very clean through installation, and left it looking amazing. Very friendly staff as well. Great work!

Friendly staff greeted me at their store. Knowlegable Staff. Prices fair for the product received. Excellent service from time of measure to install. Hhighly recommend. I also liked that this is a family business that resides in Burlington.

They were very helpful in getting the mirror fitted for my needs and gave several suggestions on as to the best fit for my room. They also ensured that it was packaged properly to avoid breakage.

Two custom mirrors, for bathroom and for another room in the house

Placed a residential order with this company. I agree with the other reviewer that they were not inexpensive. Product and installation was promised in two weeks. It has been almost two months. I have no idea if they will ever deliver, as we keep getting excuses. The company is very unprofessional to deal with - unsympathetic and some individuals quite rude. The deposit (50% of the total cost) is non-refundable, so I am left with very little recourse. Would never deal with them again. Perhaps they deal more fairly with commercial customers, since they keep claiming to be busy with big jobs.

Company Response: We understand it can be very frustrating to wait for custom products, and we do empathize. We do try to give accurate dates. However, with custom products that are ordered in, there are sometimes delays in delivery. 1 year warrantee on workmanship and material is on all jobs. Hopefully the finished product was to your satisfaction.
