Staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt. Kimberly of design store ,lisa of customer service, Jennifer of repairs, these girls , I would consider as valuable staff to Branthaven. My parents lived in a Branthaven home over 30 years. Since we knew the quality of their homes, we purchased a Branthaven home in 2006 and were very impressed with the workmanship & the upgraded details included as standards in the home. We recently purchased a condominium as an investment property and in no way less impressed. The process was well organized and they looked after the few discrepancies in a timely manner and with professionalism.

My husband and I were pleased with Mark, Brendan and other staff.
They answered our concerns in a timely manner and were very pleasant to deal with. Any issues we had were dealt with and they accommodated our schedule.
Even though we had more deficiencies that we expected, all were handled quickly and neatly.

Overall, I am very pleased with the finished product. Branthaven's warranty team was highly effective and fair in ensuring that deficiencies were corrected to both their and my satisfaction.

The team members demonstrated professionalism and courtesy when communicating and responding to matters brought to their attention.

Very efficient and quality repair work completed. We had discovered some flaws in the tiles, corner cabinet floor trim, and settling of bathroom sinks. Repairs were done well. Very pleased.

Really poor at Customer Service. Chose a condo in Building One at Lake House in Grimsby. We were not offered a choice in Building Two, as this was to be a later construction.
That was September 2015.
We were given a movie-in date of September 298, 2017; today we hear that we will be unable to move until February 2018.
This is an unreasonable delay, our house is sold, we have arrangements to stay until December 2017, now we have an additional three months cost of accommodation and storage - where will this money come from?
The buildings looked to be in a fairly complete state of construction in April 2017.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY CONDO THIS COMPANY BUILDS. Despite the esthetic finishes and enticing layouts they may have, be aware that this company will cut every corner they can. The quality of their condo buildings are much to be desired. The biggest of all is the sound proofing...or in this case, what sound proofing? Your entire life will be dependent on who you get for your upstairs neighbour because they will dictate when you sleep and when you get up. Be prepared to hear every step your upstairs neighbour takes and hear every conversation. And the sound doesnt just go down either. We currently cannot use the weight machine in the gym because the unit above the gym has made complaints that they can hear the noise of it. I swear this building has less sound proofing than a normal wood-framed house. Stay away!!

I purchased my home from Branthaven and really regret buying it from this builder. Such a large investment done poorly, on my side. This company's customer service is ridiculous. We had some damanges in our house due to the way it was built, and the customer service team had not gotten back to us for months. Ive been fairly busy so I pushed it off too. A year later I contacted about the same issue and the company said my house was now out if warranty and they plan on doing nothing. So pretty much they ignored my earlier requests untill my house was not in warranty. Unbelievable. I do not recommend them!

Bought new home April 2012 we are starting to notice that there is pattern cracks In the downstairs tiles and cracking in the ceiling that indicates movement of the house, I understand settlement but when it involves the ascetics of the home especially a house of so called high quality I expect a lot more than just to be fobbed off by customer services, we have had several issues that we have let slide by, because as being in the construction trade myself I know how you get people complaining 24/7. By not being a pain in the rear to this company I would have thought that they might be a bit more customer friendly to our issues. Also they say that craftsmanship is their highest objective but a very poor craftsmanship issue of the highest order has just been pointed out to me by a friend who is also in construction and it is something that I myself am embarrass not to have notice before, however is now a constant eyesore for me when I enter the home I will gladly produce photos to those wishing to see the issues on request again I was just fobbed of by customer service, I now regret not making more of a fuss on other issues instead of being more understanding.
