I am impressed by the quality of floors and the price I paid for. Sales staff is very helpful, specially Vandana offered me the best deal. I needed some extra favour for not picking up the consignment on time, they helped me without any reservations. I will strongly recommend this store for flooring needs.

they owe me $150 for an error made by their installer. The store manager is ignoring my calls. I originally would have said my experience was pleasant, however at this point I am not happy.

I went in to the London location after looking in several other places. In my opinion, Brampton Hardwood had the best selection of flooring, and definitely the best prices. The people I dealt with were friendly, and exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to make things as easy for me as possible, and even threw in a few extras at no cost. The flooring is installed now, and looks great. A big thumbs up!!

I don't really write reviews because I don't think anybody reads them, but this store left me with a great positive experience, especially at a time when I needed it.

2015 was once of the worst year of my life. So I decided to move from Montreal to Toronto last year and sought advice from a Feng Shui consultant to turn my life around. He suggested I remove all the carpets from the house and walk bare feet. Something I was not very used to; I dreaded the idea of wooden splinters impaling my feet. So I turned down that idea; but I'm glad I happened to come across Brampton Hardwood, the location north of airport. The salesgirl quickly noticed my apprenhensions of wooden floors and passed on some literature on benefits of hardwood floors. I thought to finally give it a try and settled with jatoba wood, passion color. 8 months on, and I am loving it.

So here is what I think - A store is not just about buy and sell. It's where a buyer feels like a human and is explained the goodness and faults of the item for which he is paying money. I'm thankful to Brampton Hardwood folks for the imparting the great level of service, sharing the knowledge and making it smoother for me to shift from carpetted floors to the hardwood one. I am totally new to home fixing. I had moved to an older house last summer. There were few wooden strips that were damaged or worn out. I went to Home Depot and Lumbar liquidators. Though they are big name stores but nobody actually helped me unserstand how to go about fixing my floor. Disappointed, I looked around and found Brampton Hardwood, I paid a visit there and talked to an Indian girl, she knew about the wooden boards but she didn't know certain details about how to Do it Yourseflf. So she took to their warehouae at the back and asked another Indian guy named Teja or Tejas. At first he tried to pursuade me to get a professional to fix my floor. But he realized I was low on money so he taught me a to z of how it is done. I bought about 2500 dollar worth of planks and supplies and did my floor all on my own. I'm writing this review to thank Teja / Tejas for the half an hour he took that day to help me save hundreds of dollars. I used Brampton Hardwood Floors Ltd. for my recent renovations, as I was replacing all the flooring in my home. I chose them because I found the staff were very helpful. They had a good selection at a reasonable price. The customer service was very good and I was pleased with the product.

My husband and I recently did a large renovation at our new house, as first-time owners there is a lot that comes with a house that you are not aware of. God bless Lina and the extent that she goes to in order to help you and make sure you are comfortable. I have referred all of my friends and family to her, and I cannot express my gratitude for all of her help with our purchases. If you're in the market to purchased hardwood and are even considering - stop by their location in Toronto and she'll take good care of you and help you make the right decision.

I have used Brampton Hardwood Floors several times for different projects around my house and would not go anywhere else. I have been to several of their locations (as well as other hardwood stores) and they are far superior. The selection seems unlimited and the patient staff is always helpful when I detail whatever project I have on the go they help me make the best decision every time. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!
