Ordered vertical blinds, but the blinds were shorter and tighter than expected due to distance and width variance of the blind mechanism not properly accounted for, which is compensated for by deleting from the overall length and width. I measured the distance and the width correctly as instructed by the store manager Narissa and she demonstrated to me how to do the measurement on one of the window display at the store; however they use a standard default measurement, which is incorrect as verified by their installer. I complained to the manager how I am dissatisfied with the blinds and she told me that this is my problem and refused to fix the problem. When I asked her about the phone number of the head manager to complain to, she provided me with the phone number of the customer service and she assured me that no one will do anything about my complaint and the customer service will refer me back to her, in other words, no one will do anything to me. In fact, the guy who deals with complaints at customer service told me that this is is a complicated case and I have to refer you to another manager to deal with this problem because I have two different stories. I was disappointed and asked him to provide me with the phone number of the corporate manager as I am not satisfied with the work but he refused. I rate this store zero for their work and customer service and management should deal with complaint in a positive way.

The blinds to go location in Richmond hill is convieniently situated in a residential area. The parking is easily accessible for all your needs. The service was outstanding. The lady who helped us pick blinds for our main bedroom was very helpful. She followed up with us to see how we liked our decision

I did not want to go with blinds to go, because I thought their product was cheap. I discovered that their price was cheap, but their product was great. We got black out blinds in the bedroom, and semi-opaque ones in other rooms. We are very happy with all. I highly recommend having them measure and install the blinds for just a few dollars more!

When we were selling our old home back in 2010, we decided to add a pull down shutter in one of the guest bedrooms.

We were shopping around and decided to visit Blinds To Go in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We were greeted by a helpful staff member and told them that what we wanted based on our budget and what we were looking for exactly.

The staff member showed us different varieties of shutters for our budget and told us to take our time and was not pressuring or forcing us at all. We then decided to go with one of the pull down shutters and had placed the order.

The staff member was nice enough to waive the in home measuring fees. They set up an appointment with us promptly to take the measurements and within few days time, they came to install the shutter.

The job was done thoroughly and they explained to us how to operate the shutters.

I purchased blinds from Blinds To Go 3 times. I went back 3 times because they fast, reliable and have a big selection. They are a bit high priced, but you get what you pay for. I haven't had any problems with my vertical blinds, they look and work great. I purchased a higher quality vinyl blind with the look of fabric. I have large windows and they really do the job on those hot and sunny days. If I will ever need blinds again I will definitely go back to there store.

I measured the distance correctly and verified by their installer; however they use a standard default measurement, which is incorrect as verified by their installer - this will need to be corrected by them to ensure proper measurements/delivery, so please be aware of this - should be 0.5 inches shorter.

The company issued a letter to me to guarantee me for the life of the blinds that if it stretches, I will have it repaired or replace, which is great!!

The sales person I worked with was great!! Friendly and courteous, which I will continue to use as my representative.

Delivery is VERY fast. Within 2 days (incl wknds), the blinds were ready. Like their commerical, blinds delievered quick.

Product seems of great quality as well.

Will do business with them again despite the above and I think the sales person really made things better. (European gentleman with an accent)

I ordered blinds for a spare bedroom, faux wood. There were on sale, so the price was great, and they were ready within a couple of days. But they were cut incorrectly and they didn't fit when I tried to install them. They had new ones cut and they were ready quickly. To make up for the problem, they gave me a small discount, which was helpful.

the blinds are good but quite expensive, sizes are bigger than what i need, so better give them the exact measurement without any rooms. better shop more before you ordered from them as the prices are bit higher than department stores

We brought a bunch of blinds from them.
The salesman were helpful and knowledgeable. There are a lot of models and design to choose from at a fair price.

Unfortunately, a few of the roller blinds we have kept on breaking. They basically lose the tension and can't retract back anymore.

Good thing is they offer life time warranty. It's been less than a year but we've already taken the blinds back twice to fix the problem.
They usually take it back and fix it without any question, and we usually get it back within 3 or 4 days, but it is still a hassle.

The rest of the blinds seem to hold up fine and we are happy with them.

All the products in the store were really good quality. Nothing looked cheap and all the salesman were really polite. They were also very helpful towards me when I needed help at looking for specific colour for my blinds.
